Wifi absolutely sucks. The bathrooms are always disgusting and the showers are gross. And gotta gamble with the washers and dryers to see which ones will actually work.

This not the place for a family camping trip in the RV, or for a quick weekend getaway in your motorhome. It's located in a not-so-great part of town, and most of its occupants are long-term residents. Check in was easy, and the woman at the counter was polite and helpful. She handed me a long list of their "rules" that I was required to follow, but I noticed that quite a few of the long-term folks weren't following these same rules I was given. The spaces are pretty compact which results in being able to clearly hear everything your neighbors are doing and saying. I was in the middle between three RVs, and all of them were couples who had loud arguments, and their children who left their toys, bicycles, and garbage everywhere which repeatedly blocked me from being able to park my vehicle. Needless to say, I didn't sleep well, my safety was a concern, and I was glad to be out of there after a week. It wasn't all bad, though. They have a few duck ponds with lots of ducks, a fenced in place for dogs to do their business (very small area so I wouldn't consider it a "dog park"), easily accessible dumpsters, and lots of trees offering shade and a few picnic tables. I did not use the pool due to cooler weather, but it looked somewhat clean. I also did not use the laundry facilities, but they do have them.

Was planning on moving there but after speaking to tents they told me how bad management is there. The said they don’t care and they play favorites with tenants. Then went into to speak to someone in front office who was very rude and unprofessional. Management and place beneath my standards.

If I could give a half star I would. This place is horrible ESPECIALLY if you have kids. Long story short, a group of drunk women (all but 1 aren't residents) basically tried to attack my 7 yr old. When brought to their attention, they did look at cameras but allowed the drunk non residents to keep coming and keep drinking at this pool. I've got video of this. On top of that they decided themselves to cut our hose connecting water to our place (have a pic of that also). So they allow drunks, people that don't live and pay them have more rights than people that do, they are very shady vandalizing things that do not belong to them. It's been issue after issue, but allowing drunk adults as well as teenagers to attack a baby and then mom (me. Have video) when asking what the problem is, that's when I can't take it anymore. I would not recommend this place to ANYONE. Many children have brought to the attention of the office the how uncomfortable the "maintenance lady" makes them because she parks and watches them and takes pictures of them, but they do nothing. The 2 bottom people that work here run the place, they have straight up said if they don't like you they have the power to get you kicked out, and they have before. They do everything against the law which makes it a very scary place to be. We have genuinely been scared for our safety multiple times at that place. Sqve yourselves and NOT stay there.
