I absolutely love this park. Great playgrounds for my kids and it's surrounded by water. Such a gorgeous view

Good nature trail, but it was better before they paved it. It doesn't feel like nature anymore, way too man-made. Also, the lake is always dirty because it has so many inputs from agricultural areas and only one output, leading to a concentrated farm mud soup of brown algae water. And they JUST "fixed" it. As for the playgrounds, it really is great, so is the camping, but if you're looking to be immersed in nature, it's a pass.

This is a very nice, very well-kept park. It sits against Badger Lake for all of your favorite water activities and there are plenty of trails to peruse. The play area is enjoyable for both children and adults. The bathroom facilities were clean and seemed as if they were regularly maintained. There is also a campground just a hop and skip across the pavement.

My favorite local bike/walking trail. You can stay on the new paved trail or explore the older trail that has been mostly graveled. Camping is nice here but gets crowded. Nice bathroom facilities in the campgrounds. Great parks for the kids.
