Place is very well kept. People are friendly along with several things to do on site. Laundry room was very clean .indoor pool was nice. Girls in front desk are awesome and very helpful.

Kudos for a nice retirement community and physical setting. One point deducted for occasional management pettiness. They could be a little more appreciative of the people who live here and keep them in business.

The park is very clean and well kept. The staff is friendly and the manager is very helpful and caring. There are always events for the residents and the community gets to be involved as well.

The park employees are very friendly and helpful. But the winter Texans are absolutely wonderful. We have been going to the valley for 5 years. This will be our 6th. We love this park, there is so much to do to keep yourself busy.
