This is a lovely state park to hike in winter. I visited Paradise Springs, did an IAT segment and walked the nature trail at park HQ. You need a park sticker or day pass to enter. Deserted in winter!

This place is super cool! Tons of different scenery and the railroad tracks along the trail are just amazing I wish I could have got a shot with the train coming. You can purchase your sticker and they have a museum inside I never knew about along with a ton of information. Highly recommend checking this out! I can’t wait to come back when everything is blooming to see how different it looks.
