The security and a lady named carol that stay there Will racially profile you. Had me drive out to nowhere land to get profiled not knowing that security and carol already talked before I got there as if it was a setup. Once they got a visual of who it was a “black male” they then decided to deny access inside due to me telling them I’m doing a “transaction” which they claimed suspicious when I was invited to pick up a tv from carol. This place need to hire better security company and replace the ones that claim they are security! Hopefully the place looks into this issue and fix it

Awesome place to stay! A group of ladies and myself stayed in the wagons. They are well appointed and the staff is very accommodating. There are also plenty of activities. I would definitely go again!

My first month here. The staff are exceptional, and the structured facility is in great repair and very clean. My particular site has sparse landscaping but some are very nice. I will post some pics after some improvements (see pics). The pools, spas, sauna, dog park, clubhouse are great. They have new but scant equipment in a small gym (one rack) but you'll have to dodge the local fire department staff who also use it in shifts. On the whole a good park.

We have been here 8 months. Great so far. 2 pools, 2 hot tubs, game room, pickle ball courts and dog park. It's always quiet, everyone is nice, you actually get tired waving at everyone you pass.😆

I didn't see any rooms, but it's clean restaurant where they stuck you oysters. Has putt putt golf clean and family atmosphere. A good place to store your RV or stay close to all the lakes in the area.

We love this place! There are so many things to do every day! Pools, Line dancing, Pickle ball, cards of every kind, karaoke, live music, and special events! Very soon there will be a driving range and a firing range! Everything is spotlessly clean. The staff are amazing, and keep everything running as smoothly as possible. And all this for an amazingly reasonable rate! The only drawback is the relative remoteness of the park. However, you can get to either coast in about 1.5 hours. Keystone Heights is a nice town with quite a few restaurants and most of your day to day shopping needs. For bigger shopping needs or fancier dining, Gainesville and Jacksonville are less than an hour's drive. And St. Augustine is just over an hour away.

Very nice RV Resort. So many activities and great people. Office staff is very nice and welcoming - Deborah was fantastic. John was the Ambassador that helped us get parked, and many thanks to the Tech guy that helped us with the wifi - sorry we forgot his name….but they were all very kind and helpful. 👍

This place is spectacular! Cleanest RV resort we've ever stayed in, sites are roomie and staff was fantastic! The only issue we had was the sewer hookup was to the back of the site and our hose didn't reach, ace sells them but my brother brought me one as he lives local there .:) we look forward to our next stay here!

My husband and I found out about Keystone at the Tampa RV show. We came to visit, booked a week for our trip back New England and went ahead and booked our winter reservation. SO GLAD WE DID! This place has thought of everything to keep their guests comfortable, busy and welcomed. We went to the pool at least twice a day, enjoyed activities and the dog park! Was sad to leave, but looking forward to spending 5 months here in November!

Best RV park so far!! They have everything that you could think of and then some. They have many daily activities, there is a fitness room, sauna, pickleball, dog park, line dancing, karaoke, live performances, crafts and lots more. While you stay you can go, free of charge, to the next door mini golf, we had so much fun there. Also loved the warm pool, we enjoyed it every evening. Next door they have the Florida Cracker Oyster bar and grill only a few steps away. Everyone is so nice, so welcoming. We are already planning our next visit.

Brand new. Last year about 190 sites, this time 413. Next year, even more. I only hope they don't forget the Floridian's and only go for the snowbirds. They're only here for a couple of months, we live in Florida all year long. Having said all of that, great place. I'll be back.

This is one beautiful and friendly 55+ park. Many people have mentioned discrimination against children. THIS IS A 55+ PARK. We are here 12 months out of the year and love it. Children are allowed to visit. Read the rules before you book here. Thank you to all the staff and maintenance team who keep it so great.

This place is awesome. I have stayed in many campgrounds/resorts and this place is at the top of my list. Lots are large and well manicured. Amenities are numerous. Staff is superb, always willing to help. The manager is on top of things and responds quickly to concerns. It is a fairly new resort and gets better every day. Yes, the park is intended for adults.

HUGE!!! RV resort. Very nice level concrete pads. Full hookups. Friendly staff. The two negatives are the few small trees that they do have are newly planted. It'll take a few years b4 they offer any shade. It'll be hot 7 months out of the year in Florida's heat and humidity. Also the bathhouse and other amenities are located up front. You'll need a vehicle of some kind to drive. Paid $65 with Good Sam discount.
