We've been returning customers for several years and noticed that the campground maintenance became worse in the past few years. The pool cleaness is questionable, the bathrooms are very outdated and occasionaly have plumbing issues. We had a huge dead tree hanging over our camp spot which made us feel not safe. It became more like RV Park with permanent residents, we were the only ones staying in a tent there. Some of the camp spots are just terrible - tiny in a heavy traffic areas and no shade. And it is A LOT of golfcart traffic in the evening, the permanent residents entertainment is to drive around for no reason. I don't think we are coming back.

King Nummy needs to update there campground/sites and put more restrictions on older campers that are permanent sites. We had to change sites three times due to size. The third site our camper electric kept shutting off and on. They brought a maintenance guy out and it was the breaker box. They had to get an emergency electrician out in order to replace the breaker. They didn’t have any other sites open to move. We were irritated it took most of our evening to get everything fixed but grateful that they handling the problem very efficiently and quickly as they could. We arrived at the campsite on a Friday at 2pm and we didn’t leave until 8pm. The campground has a rundown feel and not too much to do for kids. They have two playgrounds that are not well maintained. Two decent side pools that were clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. It’s 25 minutes from Cape May court house. 20 minutes from Wildwood so the location is good. Just wish the campsites were maintained better.

DO NOT STAY HERE!!! The location appears to have many long term stays-residents. They do not seem to have any minimal standards in terms of tenants requirements for maintaining their sites and or condition of their homes/campers. A shame because there were a few tenants, very few, that had very well kept sites, groomed flower beds and grounds, well maintained homes/campers that were next to run down, neglected homes/campers. Several campers looked abandoned, stacked full with furnishing and surrounded by 2 ft tall weeds. My site was not level and the circuit breaker tripped 3 times during the night with only my A/C and fridge running which made for a poor nights sleep. I reported it before leaving. The lady seemed sincerely apologetic but made no offer to discount a future stay or any compensation. I expressed that I had stayed at another location the last time I was in the area and will go back to that one in the future.

I used to have a trailer in the Lenape section my sister is still there. The gates never work there’s been a rash of robberies and nothing has been done and it sucks because they built the family back there. They were at my sister’s wedding all the people back there around for holidays. You just can’t pick up and leave family. They know that so they say screw you keep raising prices and do a little more to make your time there enjoyable. Glad I got out

Was bumped from my original campsite reserved online because it was being taken by a seasonal camper. Was put in a partial hookup when i oredered a full. Price did not change. Half the sites were flooded out during the rain this weekend. The roads were atrocious (pothole city) The dump station is all the way at the rear of the park and difficult to navigate too. Grass was unkempt. Trash from previous site occupants was buried in the grass and I was forced to remove it to be able to setup. Sites have no pads setup nor clear lineage for where the site begins and ends. Sites are extremely unlevel and have massive dips. One of the pools was closed for at least 2 days with no explanation or notice at check-in. Booked through GoodSam and did not recieve my discounted rate. Was Charged for 5 additonal people when we ordered the site for 5 people total. (should have been 3 additional and the staff onsite was unable to do anything to correct it or that we did not end up bringing our dogs.
