Great affordable place to live but lots of potholes

To start off, if I could rate this place zero stars, I would. Lack of maintenance, it's crazy!! Sooo many abandoned mobile homes, trash EVERYWHERE!! The mailboxes are completely abandoned, the trashcans are completely full. The old manager kept everything in place, the office used to be a beautiful garden that had many beautiful flowers, but now it looks like a jungle with tall grass and lots of grass. HUGE potholes throughout the community. Not to mention, we are in July, kids are almost back to school and the pool is STILL closed!! NO MAINTENANCE. They say cheap rent, thats a lie! The lowest to rent the place is 650-700$ JUST for the mobile home lot. Move in AT YOUR OWN RISK

I’ve stayed here almost 3 years. The rent goes up every year. We can’t have a fence unless it’s wire link and done professionally which is fine but I’ve been waiting on them to come mark out my land so I know where the fence goes. I’ve been waiting on that for months now. Can’t get any carports even if you buy it yourself. There’s no maintenance men most of the time I’ve stayed here. I don’t feel like they put us residents first and we should. Half of the time you cant get management on the phone. I just don’t recommend.

Lot rent goes up every year. Streets have potholes and it floods every time it rains. Pool is nasty. Manager is rude and has poor customer service.
