We spend Winter season. Arrival this season, the park looks brighter, cleaner. Employees are happy. Anyway, it's a good place to spend Winter. It's 20 minutes to any Disney parking lot. Many close restaurants and shopping, including groceries.

i’ve lived here for a little over 2 years and i am so thankful for the office staff here. they are not only super helpful but are all some of the sweetest people i have met. the office manager tiffany, is incredibly knowledgeable on the rules of the park. she absolutely makes every effort to make the park the best quality for everyone who lives and visits here. if any issues arise, they are quickly communicated and resolved. the park also hosts activities during the fall/winter seasons and i get to know the people i live around better! location wise, it’s about a 20 minute drive to WDW so getting to work is super convenient and easy ◡̈

This place was a nightmare! Would never recommend this place to my worst enemies! We were treated very bad from the beginning. Leo the maintenance was the worst, he was talking about us to other people saying we were racist! I’m Spanish and my son is also. I had to leave early because I couldn’t take the negativity anymore. I will never stay there as long as I live!! Oh

The only reason I haven’t left a one star review is because of Tiffany. She swooped in and seems to be really taking charge of this little community. Unfortunately, one of the maintenance guys seems to always be on a power trip and is very rude. The one with the ponytail. My first time being in the neighborhood I didn’t even get a hello I just got yelled at on my own lot. He is very petty, and he will make your stay very uncomfortable if you upset him, as he likes to lie.. a lot. Thankfully it seems that Tiffany has a handle on the situation as he has not bothered us since. Tiffany did everything in her power to reassure us that we are welcome and she’s doing her best to make great changes to the staff and community. Tiffany has a very accepting energy when you speak to her, it’s almost as if you’ve known her for years. Overall, this community is nice, quiet, and close to everything. Everyone just kind of keeps to themselves and will give a friendly wave as you drive by. I always see Tiffany writing a new event on the white board on the office for community members to take part of which is fun. They have a fenced in corner for dogs that also has a bathing station for them which is awesome! They have multiple bathroom buildings along with their own little laundry area, only thing is the washer & dryers don’t really hold a lot so if you have a lot of clothes…😅. Anyway! Great spot to stay, just avoid maintenance if you can.. and do everything through Tiffany! 😃

Staff: Cheryl and Tiffany are AMAZING. By far the best staff I've ever interacted with at the 20+ RV parks I've stayed at across the nation. These women are absolute POWERHOUSES that prioritize customer service in the highest regard. They ensure that all your needs are met in the present, and even think about your future needs and make necessary adjustments to ensure the needs of the future will also be satisfied. While corporate has their rules and regulations, that customers may not always aware of, Tiffany was so awesome to explain the relevant policies that applied to us in a candid and easy-to-understand way. She helped us find a spot that would better fit our trailer! She did everything to make sure we were happy campers! Park: The park itself is very clean and well maintained. Neighbors are a bit close at some sites, but they are all very friendly and cool. We ride motorcycles that are a bit loud, however we have not received any complaints neither from the neighbors nor the office. There are also other fellow riders here with even louder bikes, but they do not cause a distrubance. The park is neatly layed out, each site is labeled clearly and visibly, and rules are reasonable yet not too limiting. Amazon packages and other mail CAN get delivered to this park. Amenitities: The park features a large shuffleboard area, a pool, laundry on site, and a dog park, all of which I have yet to use. Each amenity is very well maintained and almost looks brand new as if it were just recently installed Location: The location of the park is very central to everything you would need. There is a Sam's Club, Aldi's, Wawa, and Autozone all within walking distance of the park. Everything else, such as I-Drive and the large theme parks, are only 20 minutes away. My favorite part about this park is its proximity to the highway, which makes it every easy to travel anywhere in Orlando without having to drive an exorbiantly long amount of time.

Favourite park of our vacation. We stayed a month and enjoyed every day. Great staff, well managed and operated. People make all the difference and the team at Kissimmee RV park make it great. The pool is clean warm and was a great place to relax. Bathrooms and showers are clean and well maintained. The brand new dog park was a favourite of our little travel companion. Amazing location so close to all the theme parks and best of all you don’t have to use highway 4 to get to them. Look forward to our next visit.

We love Kissimmee RV Park. Office staff, Joyce and maintenance, Leo are always there if you need help. All of the staff are very friendly and helpful. There's always something to do at this campground. We've made many friends, looking forward to seeing them again next year We'll definitely be back next year.

I’m editing my review to reflect how incredibly rude the lead maintenance man is. He just came over and started yelling at me a guest. No hello. Excuse me. Nothing. Just yelling. I complained to the office and they did absolutely nothing. Some of the sites are extremely nice with tons of rock for a parking pad with a paved area and a ton of grass. Shade. Then other sites are dirt and mud so if you don’t have one of those gigantic rugs to cover it all up, then you’re stuck tracking dirt in and out of your camper the whole time.

An excellent extended stay! I was working a job in Kissimmee/daytona & this was the perfect spot to stay. Laundry on site (not included), clean bathrooms/showers, a pool, gated, and the STAFF are A1 Top Tier. Joyce, Tammy, Sherry, Leo, & the rest of the gang are all such awesome folks. Super helpful, knowledgeable about the area. The pricing for permanent residence is quite agreeable & it’s very close to all kinds of stuff- swamps, the beach, rodeo, Disney if that’s your thing. Overall I was incredibly satisfied with my stay here. Thanks again guys!!!

We had a wonderful two month stay and can’t wait to come back in the future! Felt safe there and everyone was incredibly nice and friendly. The back bathrooms get really hot water which was fantastic! Only wish is that they add a dog park as there are a lot of pups here!

This was our first time RV’ing and we were blown away by the amazing customer service provided to us. They were so welcoming and kind. The facilities was very clean and the community was welcoming. We highly recommend!!!

We spent 4 days here at Kissimmee RV Park, and we really enjoyed ourselves. This park has very friendly staff, heated pool, and everyone staying there were also very welcoming. They even had a block party for Valentines day with music. Bathrooms and park are very clean.

The staff at Kissimmee RV went above and beyond the call of duty during our stay. Prior to checking in, I had a stubborn kidney stone cause a surgery. They were so accommodating… from helping us with our dates, messaging about mail since I wasn’t on site and at the hospital and so much more. When you are in crazy life situations, it’s so incredible to have staff who don’t even know you, yet show such compassion and empathy. The site was great, on-site laundry was great (per the husband), campground was safe and other campers were friendly. Also having propane on site was so convenient. Incredible folks who know how to show hospitality. We cannot wait to come back and actually get to enjoy sunny Florida.

This is our fourth year coming to Kissimmee RV park and we love it. Gail and Jeana are just the best - very helpful and friendly. The park is kept very clean thanks to the great maintenance crew - Dave, James and Troy, who are always willing to help anyway they can. The park is quiet and other people here are friendly also. The price is very reasonable and location is convenient. We look forward to spending many more winters here.

I am new to RV life and if Kissimmee RV Park is any indication of how things will be, I will most definitely enjoy this life. I was able to make reservations online at short notice and at a very reasonable rate. Park offers 25, 30 & 50 amp connections, water and sewer. I had a back in spot with a 10x20 patio and picnic table. There is a pool, bathhouse and laundry facilities. Upkeep and cleanliness are top notch. Best of all, everyone was super friendly.
