We stayed here for a week and we enjoyed our stay here.. once we got there they screwed up our campsite but fixed it and gave us a discount… the people here are nice and it’s very peaceful

This is a great RV resort, been going there for 9 years. My Dad lives in Davenport and this resort has been a Oasis for me while helping my dad through his late years and my dad is 20 minutes or 45 minutes away when traffic is heavy :). I have recently made it my second home. The staff is very accommodating and the people there are just great people and friendly.

We are saying here for 2 nights. Park looks clean and well maintained. Pool is good too. However, we are parked across from the waste water area. There seems to be 2 different pumps or compressors. One is loud, the other is VERY LOUD. They come on at various times and run for a very long time. It's currently 10.30 pm and it's impossible to sleep with the noise. Extremely disappointed, bordering on pissed-off. Update. The park is under new management, and they were seemingly unaware of the noise issue. They were very apologetic and allowed me to move to another site in the park of my choosing. I was also offered a free extra nights stay, which we were unable to take advantage of due to travel plans. Apparently the water treatment facility is supplied and maintained by an outside company. The park has now reached out to them to check the equipment and to install noise abatement controls. The next day, the park refunded part of my park fees without my asking. So, in summary, five stars to the park management and staff for rising to the occaision and trying to make things right. Good service like this is rare these days. Thank you.

Very friendly, welcoming and helpful office staff. Very clean and tidy site. Pool was clean and very nice. Other campers (seasonal) were also very welcoming. Lots to do if you want to participate in the community activities. Great location for tourists attractions in the area.

As a resident at this location I want to say. The staff is very friendly and the park is clean. The public restrooms are clean and the pool is wonderful. The amenities are great except for the wifi the parks wifi is horrible, nothing but connection problems.
