Rent with no stress, and the people around the neighborhood will misunderstand because, without a leash, my dog's leash-walking and lives on-site right now. My dog's security and bark and outside cooling lay nice dog days. I saw that outside ants and bugs, a spider, a cricket in the grass, and not enough growing up, and still dry grounds. I bring to kill on contact water the ants, and also be able to end. I don't understand the custom. Good evening

Right off freeway. So easy on and off if your in a hurry. But not to loud from the cars. Restrooms where ok not bad but not great. Man at the office was really nice. I liked this little sight.

Perfectly serviceable, decent and efficient RV park stop in Patterson enroute from San Francisco to hop on I-5 in the Central Valley. Easy after hours check-in. A stone's throw from Denny's, local Mexican, Indian and fast food chain restaurants. Available but limited shower/ restroom facilities in need of paper supplies and some drain cleaner. Worked out just fine for water, power, septic hookups and a place to stop for the evening.

Convenient to i5, easy off/on, nice, clean, quiet. We've been in a lot of RV parks in our travels, we were far enough from i5 that the hwy traffic was not an issue. We slept well. 1 bathroom was out of order & one next to it was like someone has used the shower outside the shower. The floor was really wet, or toilet leaked(?). We spoke to the office receptionist, Heather(?), very nice & personable, said the park would check into it. Restraunts within walking distance. Propane, fuel & diesel, with big rig parking down the street. We'll stay again! Safe travels everyone!

The park is a stop over while passing through the agricultural belt of California. The park uses sites for long storage and stays. The one or two night stays are given gravel parking with no amenities not even a table. There is both 50 amp and 30 amp. The park has easy access to I-5
