Have not stayed here in about 25 years. Definitely has improved. All areas of the park seem to be cleaned up. Still some very seasoned sites but for the most part the campsites look neat and clean. Only issue is that the larger trailer sites although very long are not as wide as they need to be especially for trailers that have slide outs on both sides. Need to be very strategic of where you set up to maximize your lot space and avoid the hydro pole/water. Lots of activities on weekends. The pool looks very nice and clean too. Would stay here again.

We had an excellent time at Roots Rv Resort-Crystal Beach. We stayed in the Tiny Cottage and it was very cute, modern, all the supplies you would ever need and every thing worked well as advertised. The staff are great! Thank you Shawn and Ashley for all you do to keep the grounds great but also keeping everyone’s safety as your number one priority. Brought our wood to the site as soon as we arrived, and consistently asked if everything was good but not too much :) see you again soon Thanks Blake and Kim

After reading the online reviews I noticed that most of them were old. I’m glad that I took the time to read the most current ones. This campground was exactly what I was looking for. Plenty of space. Very clean and accessible. Even when the campground was full on the weekends it was very quiet. I can tell that the new owners are putting a lot of time and effort into making this place a great Haven for those who wish to get away. Being so close to many wonderful adventure adventures is a no-brainer. Thank you Shawn and Ashley for a wonderful visit to Canada and keep up the great work !

The new management and staff are really doing an awesome job! We have been coming here for 11 years and this is the best year yet! The park is well kept, the pool is always clean. They organized a great long weekend, including bouncy castles, slip and slides, scavenger hunt, karaoke, adult games, fire truck, and an amazing fireworks display. They even have a fenced in dog park. My kids love coming, they cry on the way out and count the days till we come back. We look forward to many more years of happy memories.

Family from out of town came for son's wedding. All pleased with rental of tiny homes and cottage. Even my handicap nephew. Staff was friendly and helpful. Great bbq cooking and nightly fire are so enjoyable Like my seasonal site and the people at this park. Always improving the resort, very clean and family oriented. Can't wait for Spring to return.
