We were initially only passing thru, maybe spend a week. Gabriel talked us into a month stay and we enjoyed every minute of it. Met a lot of very nice people around New Iberia and in campground. Pool was still a little cool but very nice. Linda does an excellent job maintaining the bathrooms, pool area and picks up trash 2x a day. Everyone was very personable. Will stay there again. Very reasonably priced

VERY NICE CAMPGROUND AND VERY CLEAN. THE LOCATION IS GREAT AND HAS EASY ACCESS. GABBY WAS VERY FRIENDLY, and VERY INFORMATIVE! THE RV SITES WERE CLEAN, AND PERSONNEL WAS CONSTANTLY WORKING TO IMPROVE THE CAMPGROUND AND IMPROVED THE AREA BEAUTIFICATION. THE DOG PARK WAS GREAT FOR MY FUR BABIES TO RUN AND PLAY DAILY. WE STAYED AT THE KOC FOR 10 DAY, AND WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS RV PARK.

I really enjoy the stay. I was there for about 6months and everyone was friendly I never got the chance to go in pool but my wife and daughter did and they love it. We also enjoyed how they celebrate Halloween and they decorate put up inflatables for the kids and give out cupcakes and then everyone gets together to go trick or treating my daughter’s really enjoyed it so did me and my wife. I wasn’t there for Christmas since I went back home but I bet they did something similar. There for I totally recommend to stay there very peaceful and very friendly environment. Also the managers has good customer service and sweet. The only down side was the WiFi will sometimes be very slow but other than that everything else was great.

This is a very nice place to stay! The pool and jacuzzi are beautiful! The hosts are very kind and helpful. I love seeing all the animals around here. It's clean, quiet and well kept. But if you are to stay here and are young, fit and healthy, please throw away your own trash! Don't make the little, 64 year old woman pick it up for you! And don't make her pick up your dog poop either! Be respectful!

Gabriel was amazing. Kind, knowledgeable sharing great spots to visit. She is a real keeper and the owners are lucky to have her. You can’t find that level of commitment anywhere. The park was clean. Check in and out was easy. Site was perfect. Pool cool, hot tub nice. Loved the animals too.

The new owners are great! They are doing a lot of projects in the park to make it better. They added a dog park. Upgraded the pool area and added a basketball court. Michelle in the office is amazing. It has 2 laundry rooms and trash pick up.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Huge, nice park with obvious improvements underway. The trail around the lake is beautiful. Our dogs loved the dog park. I've seen bad reviews about noise from the highway. That reminds me of folks who buy a house near an airport and then complain about noise from airplanes! If you don't want highway noose then don't stay at this campground - simple. I would definitely return!

We stayed 7 nights in a 42' fifth wheel. We would've unhooked anyway, but it was a necessity for this spot. Our average nightly rate was $28.65 including tax. The park's weekly rate was better than using Good Sam or other discount. Michelle took our reservation and was very friendly and easy to work with. Check-in was simple and efficient. We met the gentleman owner of the park....can't remember his name. Very nice, easy to talk to, he has lots of ideas and big plans for the RV park. Sounds like they're constantly making upgrades to things. We stayed on a brand new concrete pad, number 54 - perfectly level. We had no issues with the water, sewer, or electricity. This RV park has at least 200 sites right now, and they will be growing in the future. There is some road noise, but it didn't bother us much at all. We can sleep through pretty much anything. If noise bothers you, perhaps think about asking for a site at the back of the property. There are some RVs here that are old and need to go. I get the feeling there are a lot of full-timers who live here out of necessity, and are not full-time travelers. Some of them really do not take care of their areas..lots of junk scattered around. Also, the bath house doors could use a good scrub down. I never went inside though. The main sign needs to be repainted. However, these are all cosmetic things. I feel sure they'll get to it all eventually.

We have been here for two months so far and will probably be here another couple months for my husband's work nearby. Very nice campground. Pool is clean and well kept. Bathrooms are always immaculate(which is so rare in a campground). All the staff is super friendly and I get the impression they genuinely want the campers to be happy and enjoy their stay. I felt very welcomed here. Definitely recommend.

I rented an R.v. spot today November, 2018. WOW..THE INSTANT YOU EVEN DRIVE IN.IT FEELS WARM, INVITING.AND, OMG.METICULOUS.THE CLEANEST R.V PARK IVE EVER SEEN. THE OWNERS ARE SUCH WONDERFUL PEOPLE.AS ARE THE FEW I SAW WALKING AROUND.IF YOU WANT A SPECIAL AND AWESOME PLACE TO PARK YOUR CAMPER..CONTACT THEM..THEY ARE BY FAR THE BEST. LINDA STELLY I have been here 3 months. I absolutely LOVE THE PARK, THE OWNERS, MS. MICHELLE AND THEIR STAFF. THE PARK REMAINS METICULOUS AT ALL TIMES. THEY ARE VERY HELPFUL. AND CARE SO MUCH ABOUT THE WELFARE OF THEIR GUESTS. THERES A LITTLE STORE SETUP ADJACENT TO THE OFFICE. FOR THE CAMPERS TO GET THOSE LITTLE NECESSARY ITEMS THEY NEED . THEY CARRY A GREAT LITTLE VARIETY FOR A SMALL STORE. I LOVE THAT THEY EVEN CARRY LAUNDRY DETERGENT, FABRIC SOFTENER, DRYER SHEETS. MUCH MORE. PRICED VERY REASONABLY. I LOVE THE WAY THEY GREET EVERYONE. IF YOU'RE LOOKING FOR THE PERFECT, CLEAN AND SAFEST PLACE.. YOU NEED TO CONTACT THEM..YOU WON'T REGRET YOUR STAY.. IT IS SOOO PEACEFUL..THANK YOU, KOC.. WE LOVE ALL OF YOU. Wednesday, February, 17th, 2021 I wanted to hop on here. With a Special Thank you ! To Mr & Mrs. Norman & Mona Hebert ( owners of KOC KAMPGROUND) We are experiencing the worst winter storm we have had in years. From no power, to no water. The Heberts have not stopped , from before the freeze to now. Mr. Norman has had to manually operate some of our necessary equipment , He has been all over this kampground, working very hard. But, also making sure all of the tenants and guests were safe and informed. And constantly kept informed. Mrs. Mona was kept busy in the office ,in the adjacent store and answering the tons of phone calls that came in. On top of calling all of the tenants and guests. With necessary information. I have been a permanent tenant for just over 2 years. I can honestly say.. i have never had a question unanswered or problem that the Hebert`s didn't help with. They are by far the most caring, consistent , helpful,and friendliest business owners ive ever had the pleasure of knowing. Both are very humble. And, i can safely speak for our other tenants and guests. Mr. Norman & Mrs. Mona ! We Thank you so much for All you are.And All you do . I am Proud to say I am a tenant. God Bless you both !
