We arrived right at the end of the season and looking at the facility it was a long hard season. It has a really high amount of seasonal rentals and semi-permanent structures. The location is spectacular.

99 % of campers are permanent. Probably 215 sites with only a few vacancies. For transient campers there are 5 sites with full hookup. Unfortunately only a 30 Amp hookup for everyone. Upgrades are long overdue. There is a pool, small playground, restrooms with showers, it is dog friendly. Wifi is weak. Beach area is accessible and about a 10 min. walk. Public beach with no amenities.

Visiting friends. Lots of very welcoming people around. Reasonable beach access. Even though no fires allowed right now, understandably, there are some gorgeous ones out there.
