It's a quiet ommunity for families. Sometimes the maintenence guy can be intimidating and frustrating to deal with. Rules are not always constant for every person. Pool is hardly open. Its not ideal. Research before buying here

So I have a disability, and so does my wife. We live in kantique trailer park and ever since we got here, he was good for a couple of months. But after that, if he doesn't like you, he will do everything in his power to make it hail. He'll write you up. Send you complaints threaten you with lawyers. He will show up at your house threaten. You getting your face yell at you, and I just had to put my emotional support. Dog down because she had a hernia in her rear end. And I have the vet bills, and all that and neighbors complained, and they called the humane society on me, saying that I was abusing my dog, but I wasn't, and so he sent me a letter and told me that I had to take care of it within 5 to 10 business days or get evicted, so I had to put my dog down up down because of that. And then I tried to do the right thing and register my other emotional support. Dog. Which is esa, and he straight up, denied me and started yelling at me. I'm cursing everything

Feel free to dump trash and park here!! Free of charge. Spinless owners and mangers do very little here. Everyone is free to break the rules here. I wouldn't live here unless your a misfit.

Don’t be fooled by the pool. It’s closed all winter. And closed often during the summer months. Jennifer is a sweetheart in the office. But something isn’t right downstream. Also, the clubhouse is not a clubhouse. The lot rent is for your lot, not for the amenities. Here is a photo Saturday afternoon. Saw several families walk up to the gate to return back to there cars and go home.

Management was very pleasant n very helpful abt all the questions we had asked. Explained to us what they had done to the park. And told us abt the rules. Very reasonable. Would love to love there soon. Former tenants looking into the financial part as I text this post. Have a great day everyone.
