Beautiful spot!

Our stay was 4 nights at Bull River Campground. This campground is clean and maintained. There is a bear proof container for your food in each campsite and bear proof trash and recycle containers conveniently located around the upper and lower levels. Potable water spickets conveniently located. By the highway entrance is a public day use area with a boat ramp. There is access to the river on the lower level for you kayaks and canoes. Plenty of shade , we found a site with enough sun for our solar.

Great Campground and boat launch. Just a bit busier than some of the other places and close to the hwy (pros and cons).

We have been staying at this campground each summer for three years now. This is the first year ever that we have had any interaction with the camp hosts. Usually, you don't even know they exist. Don and Louise are the hosts this year and they are over the top. They are some of the kindest, most welcoming and helpful people we've met. And I've never seen volunteers that work SOOOO hard! These guys are up from dawn to dusk, cleaning campgrounds, meeting and greeting, assisting guests with anything and everything. I've even seen Louise raking the walking paths around the place! They always have smiles on their faces. I didn't even know people like this existed as camp hosts! I only wish they were staying there next season too!
