Relatively quiet, but parking is HORRENDOUS, here. Tenants are allowed 2 spots, so don't have friends over if you have more than 1 vehicle. And you better not park in anyone else's as then they will not be able to park!

Ok place , but very annoying how xtreme restoration operates their business throughout. Driving their trucks through the park and cutting through yards just to save a few minutes time . This happens about every day. When they do drive down the street , they need to SLOW DOWN! . There maybe Childeren at play or walking home from the bus.

I lived here for a year. The neighborhood can be very loud and the management can be nice one day and then terrible the next. They are stickers on small things like grass length but then don't enforce noise ordinances/fireworks/free range dogs & pit bulls. Sometimes they seem to have bias; where they come down on one person who has weeds or the wrong type of fence but the next door neighbors can have them. So that was really confusing and annoying. The neighborhood seems fairly clean when it comes to drugs and I never had crime happen to my place where I had left my expensive bike out a few times, so that's a nice thing. It's difficult to pull into and out of the neighborhood, it felt dangerous due to speed limits and how close to a light it is. I liked that it was out of the city so you didn't have to deal with traffic too much and there are a few nice places around so you don't have to go all the way into town for groceries or to go out to eat. Its a decent place and we met some really awesome neighbors

I have a friend living in the park. A quiet and friendly place that many area residents call home.
