Great campground, but the management is terrible. I was threatened to "keep it down" because I was too loud during the quiet time. A new camper moved in next to me and kept me, my wife, and my 4 year old up all night. They had a group of underage kids drinking all night being loud, but we got the blame being in bed at 930. I actually did get an apology from Dede believe it or not(she's in most of the negative reviews well deserved). I asked to be put on a full hook up site list. I kept asking about availability. Finally one came available. I told them I was very interested and that it was perfect. Never heard anything. I kept texting. Are we doing docusign, what's going on etc. I was told they offered it to someone else because I said I wasn't interested 🤔. Fast-forward. I signed for the new site. I took a half a day off from work to come down to change sites and pay. I was called when I was 45 minutes away asking where I was and if I was paying. I showed up to the office. Nobody was there. An hour later Dede showed up. I was in the waiting area. She passed smiled and said hi. I waited. She said "are you going to pay or what?". So I went in her office. I was informed after I paid for the new site that someone was interested in the site I had paid the year for (paid full in June, and this was July) I said how can you give the site away I have paid in full? She said you can't have 2 sites, and I need to move immediately. I went back to the site I was currently at. I was angry. I asked if she could show me where it says you can't have 2 sites. She got angry and said I have to stay where I am and if I attempt to move to the place I had just paid over $2000 for she would call the sherrif. Here i am a week later after I was told I would be refunded over $2000 in the hole. Don't give these people your money. They are thiefs.

We have been at this campground for almost 4 yrs I think. We love our spot, people around us are pleasant. Our dogs are happy to see everyone. Once in a while, we might hear something but truly can't complain.

The management at Kozy Kampground is awful, and the customer service is poor at best. Be aware: they do not give refunds, even if you’ve sent all the required documents and followed their long list of rules. We received an email confirmation that our reservation was good to go. My husband even emailed to double-check that all vaccine records were fine, and was told, “Yes, please submit the dog license and you’re all set.” Then today — the day of our confirmed reservation — we got a call telling us we weren’t permitted to stay! No refund offered, just a “rain check.” Too bad — you couldn’t pay me to stay here. And instead of responding to every negative review on this thread with some excuse, why don’t you do the right thing and give refunds for the service you didn’t provide and the headache you’ve caused — clearly, to a lot of people.
