Has to be the worst RV park I have ever been in. Over priced no Amenities ,can't get your mail the only person who does their job right is the guy who maintains the place

I’ve been staying here since May 2021. The neighborhood is super chill, I’m probably the youngest person in the entire park. But it’s very neighborly and people are very helpful. Water pressure is great. The power is only gone out one time because two trailers away from me got struck by lightning. During hurricane season, it gets doesn’t get super bad. The RV park does flood but at maximum about 2 to 3 inches. I have a long-term lease and the rent has gone up, But drastically cheaper than a studio or one bedroom apartment in the area. Perfectly located between the turnpike and I-95. Plus, the bus route is extremely close to the park, If you take public transit. There are a lot of local restaurants close by and a Publix less than 2 blocks away. The park is located less than 15 minutes straight down commercial to the beach. Overall, the neighborhood is very laid-back and I enjoy staying here. If you move in, come by my trailer and say hi 🤙🏽👋🏽.

The administration of the park has many defects. Let me explain. They add RV storage without having it even after the payment cut-off, which when you come to see it at the end of the month you already have accumulated delays in your payment. Personally, they raised my rent by a 200 percent in a period of 3 months the other is if it rains you have to ride a kayak.

I lived here in a long term site, for almost 2 years. If you are a finicky or high maintenance person, do NOT stay here. If you come with reasonable expectations, you will have an enjoyable stay. Dee, the manager, is a reasonable person; if you are respectful, she will treat you well. This is located in the heart of Fort Lauderdale; like most of south Florida it has crime, noise, and traffic issues. A tradeoff of being close to the beach and hip vacation areas. The prices here are high, but less than ANY comparable RV park in the area. Each site has water, electric, and sewage hookups. There are also bathrooms and a community Rec. room. I would overall recommend staying here. Getting an RV spot in this area of Florida is difficult and expensive in general. Grateful there is still a place like this.

My husband & I have travelled from Montreal to Florida & have stayed in MANY RV campgrounds. This one by far was the very worst!! Felt more like an RV parking lot rather than an RV campground. Not only the most expensive one, but absolutely NOTHING is supplied, no space at all, and very unsafe. We had a woman come up to our door at 5:00 AM asking to use our restroom, all day long there were pickup trucks entering the campground just driving around picking up stuff & rummaging through the garbage, you have to question yourself why even the front office door is locked when you check in because even they don't feel safe. NEVER AGAIN!!

This campground is extremely small with lots on top of each other-no picnic tables available & wifi costs extra. Most permanent residents, and the children run all over unsupervised & right through individual sites. I had to run an extension cord to get electric, so I was not able to run my air conditioner without blowing a fuse. It’s more like a storage facility than a campground. Will not recommend & will not return

Sites are tight. You really cant have more than one vehicle. We could not get our chairs to fit in the spot or open the awning. Anything bigger than a 36" will be an extremely tight fit. Grounds are kept just ok, look at photos. Probably not ideal if you have kids since there is not much for them to do..no park no pool. A little loud for our taste as it is located on a very busy street. Plenty of stores, supermarkets and restaurants very close by. Decent price, you get what you pay for.
