Doug is pretty awesome. Enjoyed a week at Kozy Oaks. Met some super nice people and George made another bestie! Would come back in a heartbeat. I also got to go to the state fair, which was lots of fun!

Great campground. The manager was super friendly and took the time to address the many questions from one of our party (who has disabilities). The pool was excellent. They have free mini golf and a large communal area with a TV, some movies and old games. Highly recommend bringing board games and playing there. They have bathrooms and showers and it wasn't buggy in early August.

Right next to a park! If you love to hike this is the place. Couple of lakes, and out in the country, it is very peaceful. Couple miles down the road is a great bar and restaurant, get there before 5 and get two for one, and I personally recommend the prime rib sandwich.

We were in the area a day earlier than planned due to a funeral. Kozy Kamp happened to have a spot open and we snapped it up! Nicest owners and staff and co-campers. Not much for cell signal - and that’s okay - it’s camping! Nice park nearby with a dock. Bathrooms are at the main office. Very reasonable price.

I was in the Trout pull up water and electric spot just for the night. It is next to the lake which can be seen slightly through all the vegetation. There is a porta-potty on site. Though I didn't use it as my rig is equipped with a bathroom. No wi-fi at the site. Only around the office. The spot is not quite level. The electric is set up on the one side and water on the other so you'll need to make sure you have enough hose to reach. I had to hook my two hoses together and it worked fine. I wasn't there long enough to have to use the showers or laundry so don't know about that but staff and surrounding campers very friendly. Lots of mosquitoes though given the area it's understandable.

We could not of picked a better place to stay. We were here visiting our daughter and grand children in Forest Lake for a month. As usual, we were hoping to set up in a nice quiet RV park close by. “Kozy Oaks Campground” was perfect. Doug the owner went above and beyond to make sure that our visit was everything we hoped it would be. The grandkids loved the swimming pool and the putt putt course (the kids and I had a tournament, I won). They also used the game room which is nicely outfitted with a lot of things for the kids to do. The RV spaces/campsites are big compared to what we used to. We had a great spot with a “little picket fenced” area, a fire pit plus picnic table. We had water and electric and Doug came by every week to empty our tanks. There’s also a dump station on hand if needed. We liked the park so much that if we lived here locally we would rent a seasonal site. Thanks Doug, for a great visit.

Nice campground lots of upgrades since I was here last due to new owner Doug. All staff and other campers were very friendly and helpful. Camped with an RV has fill hookup to electric and water very nice. Our hose was too short to reach our trailer site, but the owner Doug came with an extra hose for use to use.

Our Kozy Oaks experience was fantastic! The pool, bathrooms and other amenities were well maintained and at no additional cost. The overall cost was very low for all we were able to enjoy. Staff went out of the way to make us feel welcome and to provide excellent service.

We came here for a long weekend and wish we had more time to stay. Nice experience. We have a 45 ft class A and had a great site, full hook ups, nice level grassy site. So quiet and peaceful. Wonderful family atmosphere with plenty of things to do for kids of all ages. Real good old fashion campground. We will certainly have this on our list for returning.
