it wasn't the people - but out of curiosity I asked how much to park a 5th wheel ..umm nope !! not a chance( even if I had a 5th wheel) way too much for being a bit of a " trailer park" that's the vibe it gives off

It's not a bad place, not really as ghetto as it looks most of the time lol, I hear it's decently priced but I'm sure that changes with the seasons!

I come here to visit a really good friend and I'm just 'hangin' out " waiting for him to get back home from wherever he went. I've known him for 3 years now but I have known the caretakers of the property for over 7 years ( husband and wife who were "Regulars " at the Applebee's Grill and bar" that I used to work for. They're great people , and are an amazing team keeping up with all the work , tenants needs. Etc, etc.

The landlords are very knowledgeable and attentive. The parking lot was just repaved, very nice and affordable.
