We live here full time. Amenities are laundry, pool, bath house, and general store. It is slow paced. No one bugs you; the people I have met has been friendly.

We stayed in the cabins which are nice and very reasonably priced. The staff was very nice as well. The decks on the cabins are nice and face the woods. It is very quiet and peaceful. Very close to the marina that we use. I think there is potential but still need some attention to detail. The website advertises free WiFi. There is no WiFi at the cabins and we were not able to get cell service for a hot spot, so the TV did not work, as it needed internet to function. Cabin 2 did not have any silverware, hand soap at either sink, no paper towels, we got one roll of toilet paper, the bath towels are the size of a bath mat. We had to go to Dollar General to buy supplies.

I was so excited to find this place and they had cabins for the 4th. I had called and asked several questions. I was told they had a cabin with a full/queen beds for us… but we got moved to bunk beds. But We were very excited that they offer wi-fi, it’s only at the RVs and not to the cabins, very disappointed 11 year old. Phones didn’t work there either. But it has a new pool- that they didn’t get fixed on time to open! Honestly it has great potential, it is close to the marina and the cabins are large and nice but they aren’t taken care of. They needs sprayed, and you get bedding - not much else. I was told I get one roll of TP a day, and 3 towels for 5 people. Thank goodness I found the dollar store for trash bags, dish soap and wash cloths! I thought these were brand new so that was why they were struggling but come to find out they have been open for a couple years and still a hot mess. Don’t recommend.

This is a new park that has a store, clean restrooms and showers. Laundry machines are free also. Electric car charging station. WiFi throughout the park. Generous concrete slabs for travel trailers, coaches, class A's and boats. Great views, walking trail to a waterfall and kids playground. Just minutes to Lake Cumberland! I must add that as of late, the walking trail is not mowed, not sure when it might be reopened?

Very spacious, quiet and nice hospitality. Conveniently located four miles away on the highway and boat ramp, Aligator 1.
