The camp ground is over grown with trees, brush, extremely difficult to pull a 35ft 5th wheel and maneuver in spots or not side swiping landscape objects, and at times vehicles due to lack of space from overgrown landscap. Nothing worse then branches in sight view, scraping awnings, windows. Ac units, side paneling etc. The campsite wont hold accountability for damage from these real case issues and will punish you if you attempt to clear the overgrown landscape. I reserve 6 months in advance while driving through campsite finding many sites open for staff to say nothing else is available when in fact sites aren't in "current time" full "only online reserved" requiring me to not utilize my 4 plus year membership effortlessly. Staff isn't the friendliest and tend to have multiple excuses vs resolutions. Ive seen other members get the same parking site multiple times through the season yet feeling I get pushed out into the sites that are less desirable or most difficult to get into. Its disappointing how friendly and considerate the organization is when getting you signed up with a big membership purchase, and then putting you bottom of the barrel after the contract is finalized. I used to enjoy utilizing the thousand trails membership, but now its become more of a hassle each time. I attempt to contact the ranger station on many different occasions while never getting a pickup knowing staff is available at location. I never get a call back from management nor been able to meet management when requested. Sounds like a vacation home for everyone but myself. Would love to see corporation get involved and set the standards a little higher so the camping experience can feel as good as it looks on paid advertising!!

Camping spots were small. Could not get my trailer parked due to my experience level. Got tub was broken and there was not cell service. Just not very impressed with this camp ground. We love the Eastside 1000 trails. Leavenworth is great and crescent bar as well. We will try the Oregon ones next.

Park really needs updated. Unfortunately , they are currently experiencing a serious issue with the sewer, tank & pump issues . Both need to be replaced. Since the land is leased from the Swinomish Tribe , it's about who's paying the bill. >----**** READ****>>> Otherwise the sunsets are amazing , people are friendly, awesome day trips almost every day. (To a completely different place) you can't go a wrong way from here . North- Bow/Edison , East- Sedro-Woolley & Mt. Baker , Winthrop. South-Conway & surrounding area. West- Whidbey Island and endless Beth , the member specialist, is very knowledgeable, helpful and easy going.

This campground is in a lovely location. Our recent good experience needed more than just a good location, though, which we also had in the friendly staff, friendly campers/guests, both short and long-term, a native American style Lodge house for relaxing, as well as fun events, a convenience well appointed Store with a nice selection of gifts and snacks, complementary popcorn and coffee, plus slushy drinks, and hotdogs. A small exercise room looked clean and was used by several people during our stay. Well lit at night if you need to walk your dog at late hours, and poop bags with a dedicated trashcans available by grass areas. Though we did not personally use the spa, it was large, clean, no overwhelming chemical smell, and maintained daily. Though specific sites cannot be selected ahead of time, you can book a full site and the check-in person will do her best to find you something available that meets your needs. The laundry room was closed due to septic issues according to the sign, but hopefully will be reopened. The machines appear to be on an app basis so I don’t know that quarters are required anymore. The sites had clean tables, convenient fire pits, though the trees could have used some additional trimming to allow more room above the RV, as well as room to open the awning and set up chairs. There are quite a few older negative reviews so we were concerned about what we’d find, but ended up being very pleasantly surprised and will definitely come back. We hope more recent reviews will be posted to let the staff and others know what is working and what needs improvement. On our way out, we stopped by the membership office for some helpful catalog material, and there was no hard sell, just offers for information if and when we need it, and appreciation that we were guests and encouragement to return.

We spent the weekend here in a cabin and had so much fun! My 1.5 yr old had the time of his life and the cabins were nice and well equipped! We will be back! Thank you for the wonderful time and adventuring perfect for all ages!

Very friendly staff! Gated and secure. You can use the laundry mat, clubhouse, gym, trails, and they even have ice at the front station! Great for travel, pets and kids! Wonderful time awaits! You can even walk down to the ocean!

We are having a lot of fun. We can see and walk to the beach from our cabin. And there are many antique and art shops just a few minutes drive from our cabin. The antique stores have really good prices but the art shops are really expensive. So stick to the antique stores if you don't like to spend a lot. There is something for everyone there.

Great place to camp. Just beautiful. Remember if you need a rv part. Try out the new Rvpartlocator.com . Add your photos and info on the part needed. Simple.

Not a Happy Camper! I doubt I’ve had a worse camping experience than this place owned by Thousand Trails - A seasoned camper, I just left after one night. If you are use to state parks, this is definitely a step down. Basic run-down look and feel with a lot of sites not working and not clearly saying they are not working (a plastic bag over a electrical box means it's not working). Super muddy roads because they haven't laid gravel in ages. The "reservation" is a right to a first come first serve which sets the lousy experience into play. Reservations are normally designed so you have a known assigned spot with pictures and map of where you are before you show up - not just the right to some spot you compete with other campers for. This policy makes for a very unhappy camper since some sites really are not first come first serve (the good ones). There is a waiting list when you show up, so guess what, you'll never stay in one. 50% of the rigs in there look like full timers that have seen better days. There is no way I will ever stay in one of these places again and no way I’ll ever spend $600.00 for a membership.
