Jaboy Crispy

For a college student, they were cooperative, helpful, close to local food, walmart, and not far from campus. Rent was good price as well as having very clean bathrooms/showers and affordable laundry machines. I see constant work being done around the park by staff and easy to talk with. Security is well maintained with adequate lighting(not too bright nor dim)

Surreal experience to say the least. I had a mediocre stay, but got into a disagreement with the manager (turns out it was the owner) and things got ugly. I posted a poor review on Google to let ownership know what happened, then deleted it like an hour later, because I'm not trying to hurt their business. I also reached out to the owner on Facebook. He called me and, and while contrite, accused me of review bombing them. Someone posted some bad reviews, therefore it must be me. Very strange.

Our family got stranded 3 hours away on our road trip with no plans to even head this direction but La Grande was the closest Ford dealership so off we went....let me tell you we had such a lovely time the 3.5 weeks we were here while waiting for our truck to be repaired. Mason was extremely helpful with getting us a spot for our trailer as we were clueless how long wed be here. The park is very quiet and we'll kept. Bathrooms and laundry are a huge plus and very clean. We felt extremely safe and welcome here by both staff and residents in the long term stay area we were in. The park is in a great location where you can easily drive to various stores or restraunts within minutes. There's also a thrift store and Mexican restraunt in walking distance (like right outside entrance). Before our road trip wed never even heard of la grande but now the Rendezvous is on our list of places to visit again on our next road trip.

I arrived after the office had closed. The owners sent me an email with my site location and other information. I was checked in the next morning - easy process. Knowledgeable staff. Clean laundry and restrooms. Location is walk-able to downtown. Well maintained sites and landscaping.

Great place to stay. Rich is a great guy and did an amazing job with this park. Was here for 3 weeks and everything was great. He addressed some prior issues when he purchased this park and made it into an awesome place to stay. Shoutout Mason as well, he does great work on making the place presentable!

We called ahead and the host told us to take whatever spot you find and to pay in the morning since we we arriving late. Well, the lady came knocking at 8am saying she had someone for the spot I was in. We didn't get to shower or have a morning coffee as the new tenant pulled up his trailer with truck waiting for us to leave. Then was charged the full ammount being treated like this is something I hope nobody else has to go through. I do not like getting upset from seeing my wife like the way she was. And with being kicked out we were charged the full price of $52. Go to another RV park or Resort, there are many better out there...

The positives were clean showers, bathrooms and laundry. The negative was that they closed them for cleaning slightly before 9 am. The park has level gravel with full hookups and a picnic table between each space for $50. No wifi ( or cable). It's just off the freeway, convenient but lots of travel noise.

They claim to want quality full-timer's. We drove 4 plus hours to check the place out. Tried to get ahold of the manager twice, over a two day period and they can't be bothered to return phone calls. This isn't just us. It's now been a month--and still no call! Another person in our current RV park has called and left more than one message and has never received a call back. We were both going to go over and winter there. They lost out on two quality full-timers who were willing to winter there. Sad! Helluva way to run a business! Edit after owner response: I fully understand being full "during season". Literally no excuse for not returning phone calls though!!! An assistant answered the phone on the first morning, nice enough person, but said we needed to talk to you the next day. We were physically there, staying in a motel, and had questions about the park.. This is a two way street: we were trying to decide if we even wanted to stay over there at all.

Nice place. Be careful if you are looking for a rv park with a pool. THERE IS NO POOL even if it shows on the reviews. There is also no WIFi however my T-Mobile phone has 3 bars. Staff is super nice. Campground is about 3 minutes driving from downtown.
