No showers, no restrooms, not very much space between sites an finally not very quiet. I do not understand the 5/5 ratings for this park. The Mexican restaurant nearby has good food and fair prices

Great park, immaculate facilities and accommodating staff. Simple but functional and wonderfully quiet due to its off highway location! A sure stop in Tucumcari because of the value! 😎

We called from Four Corners monument needing 2 sites for 35 ft rigs. They were very accommodating with level, spacious sites. $50 per night with veterans discounts. Easy in and out, pull through access. I highly recommend this campground!

We were so happy to find La Mesa RV. A great location, very near Mesa Verde NP. It was convenient for groceries too. Level spot, and clean and quiet.

Cozy place. Great for a short stay or long. Only complaint is the sewer connection was a bit forward we had to hookup and pull forward and dump before we left. We did get a firework show one night. Pinky and Lynn were great..very patient and knowledgeable about the area. Would recommend and would stay again.

Great location in town and easy drive to Mesa Verde, Mancos, Dolores, Canyon of the Ancients. Car wash next door is a little loud during the day and some hwy noise at night, but still quiet and peaceful stop with great staff.

Very nice park. Only spent one night here, but Sherry made us feel very welcome. The park is centrally located so it's close to everything. We will definitely be back.

Small RV park right off the main street in Cortez. At first glance the place looks a little shady, however we had no problems on our one night stay. We had a beautiful view of the mountains from our picnic table! The site was gravel with some trees and small grassy areas. The middle was grassy with flowers. The laundry room had been recently renovated. It still needed some finishing touches when we were there. It was very clean, and had four sets of washer/dryers in two different sizes. Most RVers were full time. Will definitely stay again if the need arises.

For $2 per pet per day there should be something in return, like a dog park, not just dying grass median and warning the green grass area have pesticides on em. Yes wifi signal was strong, but the internet was not working at all. Verizon got 20mb down and 17 up. The staff was super nice and helpful.the grounds were nice and clean. The grass at the maverick gas station was plush across the street. Plenty of room for back ins and pull through spots. The staff mentioned the lot next door might be available for a park or something. That's a good idea. The 2 days before we stayed at their sister RV park in Springerville, AZ same top notch quality. Thanks guys And the road noise was not a bother at all.

Cortez is always beautiful, stayed here almost stayed a week. Second trip to Cortez and our first time staying here. It won’t be the last, people are so friendly and the park is right next to everything you might need. We rode our bikes all around town from the RV park. Definitely was a nice stop on our journey

I do not recommend staying at the Rv park! The lady who own’s the park is very rude and has no manners. My fiancé and I are traveling with the medical field to help with Covid-19 cases. We received an electric bill for $380 for our fist bill. I did a lot of research to find out what the price per Kilowatt was. She billed us at 15 cents A kilowatt when every other RV resort is only charging $.11-$.12 per kilowatt. So she raised our electric bill over 100$. I called her to discuss the bill and she told me that I do not know how to run an RV park and she’s been doing it since the 1970s. We had already paid $600 for the next months rent and ended up leaving the park because of the electric bill issue. Instead of reimbursing us the $600 within 3 to 5 business days she kept the money for over three weeks and only gave back Partial payment. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!! Sundance and KOA in Cortez are way better than staying with these thieves!

Very nice host Jim. Helped up find a great spot for one night. Used Passport America card for 50% off. Full hookups. Small park but great location. Only 8 miles from Mesa Verde National Park.

I’d love to give this review a higher score, but in December paying $50 is a bit much (and we got in at 8P.M. and left at 7). We only used the electricity.

Great place to stay to visit all the attractions in this area! The camp host Jim was very helpful in giving us great places to go. We stayed a extra 5 days. Lots of room for bigger RVs. We have a 38'+towed. Hope to come back.

Excellent customer service. Broke down in Oklahoma. Owners respectful of our situation quickly texted us back and refunded us our pre-payment because we could no longer make it to them. Very grateful for this courtesy. Hope others will stay here in lieu of us not being able to.
