We loved our overnight stay, quiet, great showers, bullfrogs sang us to sleep and sweet birds singing this am. We did experience heavy rain but because of the short grass everywhere made it easy to load up. We will be back for sure.

Very pleasant, nice and quite campground. It’s located in a very natural surrounding with a little creek. The bathrooms are very clean and well operated, like the campground in general. The friendly host helped us out with some grocery from her own storage. We definitely recommend this campground.

We stayed here pre-pandemic... very clean. Very helpful. I loved hanging out in the laundry room. Everyone was fail and friendly. Well ran.

Stayed here in the cabin with a bathroom. It's a little crowded so not the best place if you prioritize seclusion. However the cabin and general area was clean and mostly quietly. Quiet times enforced and very close to nearby nature parks. There's also nearby stores if any additional supplies are needed.

Aside from the elements (rain, heat and tornado) we had a great time.

Nice little location! Tent camped for the weekend of 8/19-8/21 in a very nice, shady spot. Grounds are well kept, staff very friendly, store had all you needed, all the guests respected the quiet hours, and the pool was very nice! The moon rises from the upper tent camp area were just spectacular! I am a KOA member an we will stay here again. Only downside: the bathroom counters and sinks were very clean, but the showers and floors were filthy. The same clumps of hair and dead cockroaches were in one of the shower stalls for our entire stay which seems to indicate they are not being regularly cleaned. Be sure you're wearing footwear here. I hope they put some lounge chairs in the pool area. There were only standard chairs which are not very comfortable for relaxing.

This medium sized park is well managed and maintained. The staff was pleasant and accommodating. They have full hook up sites, water/electric only, tent sites, and cabins set in an area with large trees. The very clean bathhouse is up to date with notable shower heads and good pressure. The nice clean pool is a bonus. The park is surrounded by farmland.

We love this KOA. We have primarily used it as an overnight stay to/from home. It has been so peaceful and quiet each time we have stayed. All the folks who worked are super friendly and helpful. Great slots all throughout the grounds…we haven’t had a spot yet we wouldn’t mind having again! Lots of room to walk your furry friends and just relax! We will continue to utilize the LaSalle/Peru KOA during our travels.

I came with my family. We had a great stay in our pop-up camper. Very clean and well-maintained grounds. Restrooms and showers were top-notch. Staff friendly and helpful. Enjoyable little campground to stay. Enjoyed the pool on the hot days. Close to Starved Rock. Quiet at night and mornings. Had a nice family feel to the whole place. Will definitely be back.
