Bad RV park. Office closes at 4pm weekday, arrived shortly afterwards. No information, no map, no idea where supposed to park, and nobody answers phone - pathetic. So we start driving around trying to find a spot: most electrical pedistals are not operational, very few spots have working water spigots, sewer connections were destroyed or ~18" above ground - pitful RV park maintenance. This is actually a huge park, at some point in its early years it may have been Ok, but clearly nobody is spending any money on upkeep. Even a simple 1 night stopover became problematic.

I would have left ZERO stars, but that isn't an option We pulled into the campground at 3, door said office open until 5. All doors were locked, and nobody in site. We decided to drive to the site. Once there, realized the park looked like a homeless encampment. What are described as gravel sites, are now completely overgrown with weeds. Empty beer cans and bottles everywhere. Needless to say, we decided to stay elsewhere.

Been here a year for work and would not recommend. Laundry Matt is disgusting and is never cleaned. Dryers are full of animal hair. They raised the price on washing and drying and took out half the machines. There are only 4 each. They added tap to pay to the machines and it always double charges you but doesn’t work. The WiFi does not work and I’m right next to the office. There are huge holes all in the roads. They personally shut the water off for days during the snowstorm and will not offer a discount on the rent. Ants are horrible and mosquitoes. Half the street lights don’t work at night time. Plus so much more..

Extremely quite place (like you might not have a neighbor half a football field away). Clean & well maintained. Prices are consistent with other RV Parks in the local area offering the same or similar services. In very much need of some type of store on premises or within walking distance. I happen to have reliable transportation, but everyone doesn't.
