Clean and quiet but didn't look like too much to do for families

Floods literally 1-2 feet, no parking & ants are horrible!!! Water pressure isn't that great & no wifi

Basic.. not paved.. gravel roads. Workers... dont leave your wives here.

Great rv park for workers. No problem finding a lot. There is over 500 lots. I couldn't give it a 5 star because there is no amenities.
