Loved this park. We hiked the nature trails with our young kids and then loved watching the planes take off near one of the playgrounds. They had a pavilion and a radio, so you hear what the pilots were saying on the radio. And some of the cleanest park bathrooms I’ve ever seen in my life!!!

This is a wonderful RV park. The city has done a great job maintaining it. They have some nature trails and a bird sanctuary. That is wonderful to walk on. I highly recommend this place. The staff were helpful and nice.

Of the the municipal campgrounds where I've stayed, it's one of the nicest. Paved sites and roads. Nice grass. Many sites have lots of room and a picnic table. The bathrooms are so-so. One looks like an urban public restroom with the steel fixtures and concrete decor. The other was better, porcelain and paint. A very small kids playground. A city dog park adjacent. A city park with a pool and courts adjacent, though I don't know what rights to use them a guest has. A word of caution, there is an airport adjacent to the park. Small planes, including small commercial jets use it regularly during the day. Not at night. I wasn't bothered but my site was one of the furthest away. Good AT&T 5G signal. Three miles from downtown Fredericksburg. Propane company about a mile away.

Clean and nice. Plenty of places to sit and the pool is very well kept and massive. Our boys loved the diving board. The pool is next door to the airport so watching the planes comes in and out is a bonus.

Very nice setup. Huge RV Park. FHU with good WiFi. 5 TV channels. Level sites. Pull throughs and back ins. Feels safe. Quiet. Playground. Dog run. Pool and golf course adjacent. The pull through sites 57-61 are spaced away from each other. Does not matter which way you pull in on these sites because you have FHU on both sides of your site. They have single use restrooms/showers that are clean. $52 a night.
