We stayed for 4th of July weekend. The resort was so nice and clean. We took 2 rv’s and were side by side. Both spots were roomy with lots of shade. Everyone was friendly, especially Lori, who manages the resort. She went above and beyond to make sure we felt welcome and comfortable. We will definitely be back. We have finally found an RV resort the we love!

Very friendly residents and staff. Located within walking distance to Walmart and HEB.. Memorial Park is just around the corner and has excellent walking trails and a large dog park. There are many various activities throughout the week and a great craft fair on Saturday. We will be back!

Stayed a month here. Resort itself is very large, clean, with a community center that has a library, game room, cafe, indoor pool, laundry, bathrooms with showers and an activity hall. Also a laundry/bathrooms next to the office. 🦌 🦌 wander/rest through the park. Within walking distance of grocery stores and restaurants. Staff were pleasant and helpful. Big negative is no wifi except in the community center, so be prepared to bring your own. There is also no dog park (there is a dog park in a nearby city park). Lesser negatives are no change machines in the laundries but you can get quarters from the office and no snack/drink machines. Pricier than some other local RV parks. Overall, I would stay again.

Solitude

Best thing about this place is its location. It's close to everything and easy access to town and beach via golf cart. Some sites have nice trees for shade during the summer. The negatives are: 1) Most sites are very tight and close together, 2) Management is non existent and it's reflected in the maintenance of the park. It's starting to look run down and neglected. 3) The pool is indoors (not really a negative in the winter but not ideal in the summer). The positives are: 1) Location 2) On site cafe (hours and days of operation not ideal) but for the most part has pretty good food at a decent price. 3) On site security 4) Quiet 5) Winter Activities are plentiful

I have lived here since 2016 year around. 4 years ago we did have staff issues but it is now a great place to live. It's friendly for animals and humans. We do ask that you clean up after your dog but that should be a given. It is conveniently located to everything and our pool is heated in winter. This winter so much was going on, there had to be something for everyone. Our activity director and manager are super.

We have enjoyed our stay so far. The park is lovely and well maintained. The other residents staying here at Lagoons are so nice and friendly. I have enjoyed the club activities. I've attended 2 evening dances, book club, and quilt show. They events are all well organized and entertaining. We will definitely be here next winter as well. We love it here!

This park has the greatest people and activities!! The park has an inside pool, on site cafe’ , clean showers, and laundry mat! So many activities that it is difficult to choose. The quilt group is friendly and helpful for anyone needing help with sewing projects! The activity director, Holly, brings in entertainment weekly, craft classes and much more! The park is close to grocery stores and only a short bike ride or walk to the beach. Sharon, the exercise director keeps everyone in shape with aerobics every day ,but Sunday! If you are looking for a great place to stay, come here! We have made so many friends from all over the country here, we will be back!!

We have wintered here at Lagoons RV resort for the last four winters. Wonderful sites with cement pads. Terrific inside warm salt water pool! Kim does such a great job with the pool. Bobbie, and Donette are great in the office! I love it here people in the park are amazing. Sharon runs the pool water aerobics and the land aerobics. I give this a 10/10!!!!
