This place isn't absolute pit. I visited frequently 8 years ago I moved into the park last year. Thinking it looked the same. I came all the way from Rhode Island and I couldn't believe my eyes. The place was so run down and uncapped management socks. Laundry rooms socks. They took away the Clubhouse. Up the rent on the swimming pit. Should I say more or should I say please stay away

Been here 14years now not a bad place ,if you stay to your self . put place needs alot of maintenance ,new owners of done very little to upkeep it over the last 5 years

Older trailer park nice needs a little work on the roadways especially after the good amount of rain we had recently and quiet been here for a year and a half now

If you like to wade thru 6 inches of water to get to your car go for it. Never offered any money back for that 2 to 3 weeks. Not fun for my 99 year old mom

My best friend of 20 years lives here..I love visiting him.. It is a quiet park and a couple little pond to look okay
