I love this campground, it’s a huge part of my family history. Very family friendly, nice lake, swim beach, big sites, clean and affordable.

Campground is well taken care and kept clean. I've stayed at many small campgrounds and this one makes my top ten list. The staff are always accommodating and friendly. The bathrooms are clean and well stocked. My only complaint is the showers could use a divider between the shower and dressing area because the dressing area tends to get wet even with the shower closed. I will definitely be staying here again!

Compared to last years experience at this campground, this year is way better. Last year there was a couple sites that looked like a garbage dump. This year Jim and Dawn are pushing for a change of scenery. No more garbage sites. Everyone's sites look respectable. Huge improvement I think we could all appreciate. I hope they have Jim and Dawn back next year with Chuck and tiffany both co-host and hostess sets have already made a huge difference

Staff isn't very professional! They need to take into consideration that there are children watching them and taking after their habits. My son and his kin stay there as well as I was. I paid a considerable amount for my tent sight and they kicked me out for standing up for good morals. We need to be mindful that in order to protect and preserve it starts with U.S.!!! Next time I visit I expect better!
Family Fun Adventures
I've said this before lol I'm not a campground person but we had to be here to camp with some family. The campground itself is very clean, lots are decent size. The lake is nice for swimming, nice playground for the kiddos, basketball court and volleyball, and laundry room. The bathrooms aren't too bad, showers are decent too however it's always so incredibly hot and humid in there that you feel like you're gonna pass out within 2 minutes lol AC added would be a bonus ;) price to camp is decent, $125 for a full hookup rv spot for a week. Lake is for the campground as well as the town and is free so it's usually quite busy. Ice, soda and wood sold at the office.
