My first seasonal camper experience here. It's a true escape—peaceful mornings with bird song, quiet evenings around the fire pit, with a big night sky. The campground is maintained well, with friendly campers. Is great dog park! It's the perfect place to relax and recharge, and the sense of community among the long-term campers is wonderful.

If you are looking for a quiet piece of heaven, look no further. Lake Champagne rv resort is the nicest I have stayed at. We came from Kentucky for fall foliage. The leaves weren’t cooperating but our campsite was awesome. It is the perfect location to go 2 hours in any direction and see anything from the Salem witch experience to climbing to the top of mt Mansfield. Loved the all grass sites and the wonderful places to walk the dog. The hayfield was our favorite. Awesome awesome awesome.

Lake Champagne RV PARK was a great place to stay. The people were very nice, it was very conveniently located near the interstate but you don't know it in the park because it is very quiet. Facilities are very clean. Very convenient to Montpelier and Stowe.

One of the prettiest and best kept campgrounds we have very experienced. We've been there 6 years in a row and stayed a for a week and up to 2 months straight. It's very close to the highway but you can't tell and you have easy access to all of Vermont. It's super quiet and has a swimmable pond. They have full-hook sites, w/e and tent sites and you can be out in the open on an all grass site, or back in the trees. There are 2 clean bathhouses and a good laundry room.

This campground is truly amazing and deserves an enthusiastic 5 star review. The grounds are meticulously maintained and each site has STUNNING views. Truly amazing hosts who go out of their way to make certain your stay is fantastic. The spacious campsites are surrounded by acres of mowed lawns and can accommodate anything from a small tent to a large RV, or even your shade or sun preferences. There is a sandy beach and clean lake to swim in. The shaded dog park has running trails and an agility course. Laundromat. Hot clean showers. Hiking paths. Dump station & Propane. Reasonably prices campfire wood and ice (& other helpful items) in the office for sale. Nearby: Country stores, covered bridges, historic towns, golfing, museums, summer festivals, and be sure to taste the maple sugar creemees!! Be sure to book ahead of time for the fall colors “leaf peeping” as it’s a busy time of year here.

A hidden gem. Large campground spread out over gently rolling hills. Especially beautiful in the fall with the changing colors of the leaves. Quiet and peaceful at night. Site is level. Bathroom and showers are clean but unheated. Close to town and Shaw's supermarket yet feels secluded when in the campground.

BEST OF THE BEST! Meticulously kept grounds with ample sized RV spaces. You just won't find a more beautiful and peaceful place to kick up your heels. The owners, Clark and Sheryl along with their staff, are not only friendly and welcoming, they are also extremely helpful when needed. Did I mention this is an extremely pet friendly place? Your four legged friend will love this place as much as you and you'll both look forward to returning. I know we can't wait to return.

Very nice campground. Only thing that would make it even better would be cable. Would be willing to pay a bit more.

Amazing wifi and data signal! 20 down, 11 up! Huge park. Amazing view of the mountains! Great wooded areas and beach. There's a post office and general store in walking distance. Fire pits, picnic tables, lots of friendly people. Just wish the fire pit and picnic table were on the front side of RVs instead of the back. .. Weird to look out our front door and see other people at a fire just a few feet outside from us. But still one of our fave places so far!!!

This is one of the most peaceful campgrounds I’ve visited. It’s very quiet and mellow. Sites are large and spread out over a wide area. The grounds are well maintained. I won’t hesitate to come back.
