Three stars since I would put this park in the "Average" category. Good points, friendly staff, pool open year round, convenient utilities, good Verizon signal, nice laundry room. Down side, gravel roads throughout, site was a bit unlevel, sites VERY close together, expensive even with discount ($62), online reservations ding you for a few extra bucks on top of that. We were going to stay three nights, but high price and extra online charge changed our minds to only stay one night.

Great RV park, clean, restrooms and showers. Club House had games, nice pool, and even fresh cookies for guests on Sundays. Clubhouse is now locked, so you need a code to enter. Bathroom, shower and laundry is located inside Clubhouse. Park has wifi and cable hook up

To be fair we did not actually stay there. I spoke to a nice woman on the phone. We were in the area and drove around and checked it out for future stays. I had heard they recently added a pool. It is pretty small and only 3ft-4ft deep. I was disappointed. Driving through and seeing the condition of the park I have to say it has seen better days. Alot of the residents had more than enough junk to make the place appear rundown. Maybe the pool is the start of improvements? I don't know. But for us to stay 3-4 months I was definitely not interested. Probably ok for an overnight.

My experience was positive until at the end of my 15 month stay, when their outside electrical box malfunctioned. I was only receiving 1/2 the electrical current due to the faulty wiring. As a result, my central AC stopped working in the middle of the June 2025 summer heat. Their maintenance technicians promptly came with electrical meters and checked the electrical system on my travel trailer (RV), but they failed to check the outside electrical box; they also advised me to call an outside RV repair technician. It took a couple of days for the technician to schedule the appointment. When the RV technician came, he found that the campus owned electrical box for my RV had malfunctioned; there was wiring that was fried (see attached pic); which is something that should have been seen by the campus maintenance technicians. Note the left wiring in their box was damaged. I requested a credit for the $216.13 technician fee, and for the extra 2 days (at the daily rate as my lower monthly rate had expired), as I was scheduled to depart, but it took the extra 2 days for the outside technician to come. All requests for any refund was denied; not even the technician fee, which I would have accepted at least this fee. I was a reliable customer who spent a total of about $11,430 during my stay, and they were not even willing to take responsibility for their equipment failure and any of the costs that I incurred. I caution you to think twice about doing business with this RV camp ground.

This was a Hidden Gem we stopped for one night and absolutely love this RV park. Everything was very clean and well-maintained. pool was excellent, the game room was well equipped and what was also very interesting was the level of detail for each part of the park from the fishing pond all the way through the pool and game room. I found other reviews were concerned about the noise from I-10 I candidly did not have an issue with this, but I guess I looked at ahead of time and knew I was going to be next to the highway and expected some road noise level so maybe they did not read or understand where they were on the map . Check in people are very nice and I highly recommend it we will be back.

Beautiful resort with interesting and attractive landscaping. Loved the fishing pond and the gazebo. The community room has many game tables and entertainment options. After hours self- checkin was easy.. i didn't visit their bathrooms, laundry, or use their Wifi so I can't speak for those. The only downside I noticed was that the spaces in our row were very narrow. The space was quite level though. We were initially unsure if we would be able to open our slide fully. All-in-all, it was a great place to stay for the night directly by the highway. We stayed in 40' Class A towing SUV. We did have to unhook to exit our pull-through space due to narrow roads and narrow spaces.

It is a hard pass for future stays. Saying it's a resort is a stretch. Just enough space for slides on the driver side. The main side, once the stairs were down, only 4 feet left on the concrete pad. That was your boundary. Management definitely needs hospitality training, or at least the one we dealt with. She was on the attack from the time we pulled up and didn't let up. If it had not been paid in advance and from the behavior of this "lady" a refund would have been an act of war. It appeared to cater long term campers, but because we were staying one night shouldn't have been an issue. This behavior was caused by me pulling up 30 feet furtherat the office than she thought I should, (no signage), so my wife could get out of the driveway. This caused an absolute meltdown. Could say more you get the point.

“Resort” only in the owner's wildest dreams, this place is a far cry. The property sits next to I10 so truck noise all night. Enter property on a muddy pitted out narrow driveway, impossible for two way traffic to pass. Crawl through the enormous potholes or lose an axle. Only a few sites are surrounded by trees. Sites are an unlevel thin layer of gravel over soil and grass. The rotting picnic table sits on a small broken up concrete pad. The only “resort” feature is a very small outdoor pool it was not heated. Reception was nice but there are better parks in the vicinity.

This park is amazing. Sites are pull thru and full hookup including cable. We have a 35 ft rig and had ample space for our rig and our 8ft bed truck without unhooking. The grounds and the club house are well maintained. I used the club house which was clean and took an actual hot shower. The price is reasonable. The staff were friendly and accommodating. I would recommend this RV Resort. You wont be disappointed.

Excellent Park for overnight or longer stay. Property managers and staff were very polite and friendly. Easy access from I-10, with fuel and other services close by or just a few minutes away. Grounds are well maintained and clean. Has an enclosed dog park. Would highly recommend to all.

Lakeside is very neat and clean. Plenty of room to walk your pets, also, having a pull through was real nice, however, sites were way to tight. We had to put our awning in to let the neighbors be able to push out their slide. The sites are just too close together. Also, the road coming in the park and going out was just atrocious. There were to many bumps and pot holes. For being a resort I would think there would be a swimming pool. This is a perfect place for overnight

Nice for over night rode trip stop. Power, water and sewage hook ups for a reasonable price. They do advertise cable TV and I had a cable hookup but we couldn't get any TV reception! Price was fair.

Clean and nice! The only negatives are the sites are narrow and their proximity to the I10 means that you will hear the traffic, but it also means that it's easy access to and from the interstate. We would definitely stay there again.

Nice camp but very rough roads.

Late night check on was flawless. Easy and Clean!
