My family has been camping at Kampersville a few times a summer since 2017. We just wrapped up camping season during their Halloween weekend which is always the best time! Fun and festivities for kids and adults. A very socially active and friendly place. Thanks for the best summer experience.

This is our absolutely favorite summer place! We've been camping here for a couple weekends a summer for the last 4 years. Sites are well maintained, generously sized and the facilities are clean. There is a beautiful pool area with 3 different pools of different sizes and depths, a splash pad/deck and even a water slide! There is lake access and a beach area right across the street from the campground. Each weekend in the summer has a different theme with many activities for kids and adults. Christmas in July weekend is our favorite! Its a family centered camp with good people. The posted speed limit of 5mph is observed so we let our children ride there bikes throughout the camp ground with no worries. The campground offers a camp store that has EVERYTHING you'd need as well as a deli with great sandwiches, pizza and ice cream! We have ZERO complaints. It's really a great place :)

We have been coming to Kampersville for years! Great facilities. Friendly staff. The activities could be improved, they used to be very well thought out and timed wonderfully. No activities during the week it seems, all on the weekends.

Camping not bad but the price was a shocker

Not happy campers. 😒 $40 a night....you need a key card to access the gate but since we were only staying one night the woman who checked us in said we shouldn't need one. Left in the morning to get coffee at the camp store but it doesn't open till 7, we were there at six. Unfortunately we didn't realize this until after we left through the open gate only to be stuck outside in the rain in our car for an hour until someone came to let us back in. Fine, no coffee and we just wasted an hour of our time, we'll go take showers....nope! Only cold water. Worst $40 we ever spent.

SITES tent- the tent sites left much to be desired, without electricity or water, but they were certainly affordable. camper/trailer- the trailer site that i stayed in is very large and accommodating. there are two tables and plenty of room to have fun and hang out. i was allowed to also put a tent on this site, which i was very pleased with. -bad tent sites, good trailer sites STAFF the staff are friendly, though i did not speak to many. the people who i did speak to were very welcoming and hospitable. -friendly staff i think BATHROOMS the bathrooms have many showers and stalls, but they are all dirty. the bathrooms are dimly lit and the showers really feel filthy. however, the showers are completely free so i will not be too harsh because if this. -dirty bathrooms, dirty but free showers. *regardless of the poor quality tent sites and dirty bathrooms, the free showers, large sites, low site costs, and ability to put tents on camper sites are all great qualities that are hard to find at other campsites.

It was great except for the dirty Bathrooms. And our site had fish hooks! One was on the picnic table too. And bones all over the ground. We brought our dog and had to look to make sure there were no more hooks. Would have been ticked of he stepped on one. He and my sisters dog kept finding the bones.

They have all the things you hope to find in a campground store and more. Clearly a local gathering spot for soft ball and horse shoes. Staff is awesome despite juggling so many balls in the air from checking in campers renting shuffle board, horse shoes etc., slicing deli meat selling fishing licenses, ice, gas, wood you name it and they keep a smile on their faces. Awesome job by all.

We love camping here because there is lots to do with the grandchildren and the campground does a lot for campers like tie die and crafts and hay rides. There is more noise than a lot of people like because it is usually a completely full campground with hundreds of kids. We camped in our pop up thank qwqq because it rained all day Sunday so we had to spend the whole day in it watching movies and trying to keep a 10 month old baby occupied but other than the rain it was a great weekend. #makingmemories. #lovemyfamily

I have been going here since I was very young. I have made many great memories here as a child and I hope to allow my child to make his own memories here too. We camp here multiple times a year each year. There are many things for kids to do each weekend and a lot of other activities around the area as well such as fishing, boating, biking and hiking.
