It's changed hands. Nobody working the store. When you arrive you have to find your reservation paperwork that they left in the mailbox, then find your site on your own, basically self service. They have a rude little man that circles the campground in a golf cart doing nothing. It would be nice if they at least did garbage pickup. Normally I wouldn't complain but for $95.00 a night........ As an added note to the campground response, we have stayed there four different times and are extremely familiar with the layout and the previous way it operated. The store was closed during the day most of the time. It's a shame that a campground as nice as it was is now just an investment for the new owners with no desire to offer even the basic services!

Nice, quiet, and clean campground with lots of amenities. The river is perfect for kayaking and paddle boarding. Very calm water with almost no current. Park staff is friendly. Saratoga Springs and Lake George Village are only a short 35 minute drive.

We stayed here last week for 4 nights. The tent sites were great, perfect size beautiful location with the river right behind the site. The people working there were the best and friendly great service, you won't find a better place in Lake George. Bring your kayak or tubes for the river or rent theirs so much fun! The pool was so nice on the 90 degrees weather. If I could give them more than 5 ⭐ s I would :) we will be back!

What a welcoming campground this was! Everyone was so friendly and they do so many activities with their campers! The sandy beach was beautiful and I saw so many people either just floating or paddle boarding! My daughter absolutely loved the pool, it is super clean and has different depths which is perfect for kids of all ages. This place has so many cool amenities and is close to so many other places to check out in the area! Highly recommend, this is the type of place I would bring my family to every year.

One of our favorite campgrounds. The staff members are all wonderful and very accommodating to our needs. A flood situation at our site was quickly remedied when we complained and offered a solution. It was fixed immediately and no other problems occurred after the next rainstorm. Pool was clean, restrooms near the pool were great and grounds are kept very neat and clean.

This is our first year as seasonal campers at Lake George Riverview & we are so thrilled to be part of this wonderful group of people. So many fun activities for my granddaughter, pool is wonderful & the location is perfect for River fun & beautiful scenery. Meghan & the rest of the staff truly care about all the families that choose to camp there & could not be more accommodating. I highly recommend this campsite for both weekend visits or a seasonal stay!!

Great location, just minutes from lake George village without all the hassle. Nice pool, river to relax in. Rent kyacks or tubs or bring your own. Lots of activities. Check out local food. Tommy guns, George Henry's. Staff works hard, clean sites and showers/restrooms. Have stayed 2 weeks last year and this year. Highly recommend

Despite camping mid-fall, with other campgrounds in area already closed for the season, this one was packed. I was concerned is the rates were higher than on the website, but the campground was kept clean surprisingly, despite being near full, everything quieted down evenings and nights for a blissful sleep along the river. We enjoyed a beautiful stay in a colorful autumn environment and will definitely stop by again when where in area!

Exceptional campground next to a beautiful river. Pulled in after hours with no problem. One of the few campgrounds we found open in late October. Staff and owner were very friendly and informative. Highly recommend.

We had a wonderful stay at Riverview! The people at the front desk were extremely kind and helpful, and I am very thankful for their hospitality. The park is beautiful and pristine, but still has that camping in nature feel (as opposed to feeling like you're living in a parking lot). We loved the beach and floated on the river a bunch.

We were very happy with this campground. Overall, it was quiet, peaceful and clean. They are clearly doing a lot of upgrades: working on a new pavilion, recently paved, newly planted shade trees, recently seeded grass. Some of the sites were a bit small which made it difficult to gather around the campfire with our entire group. My kids loved the game room and enjoyed floating down the river and horseshoes. There is a full grocery store across the street which was very convenient. They did candy bar Bingo which was fun. I get the feeling that this campground will continue to improve. They were actively working on several projects while we were there.
