Absolutely love the staff. They are quick to make long term residence feel like family. Very clean accommodations and more than welcoming. Have only been here about a month, but can see making this long term easily. Gorgeous grounds, and the perfect spot along Lake Hartwell. Very much recommended

For short term/weekend tent campers, there are a couple things you should know- the campground appears to be mainly long term RV renters which makes the campground have the appearance of a mobile home/camper park. The tent sites are in a part of the campground away from those sites but still close. The tent sites feel forgotten about- not very clearly outlined/arranged but do have water and electricity. I would recommend their Emory Grove Campsites as they are close to the water and not far from the bath house- you will have to call and request the site though because the website doesn’t allow for you to pick your site. Bathhouses and Laundry area was very nice and clean! Staff were extremely welcoming and helpful. We were there for their fall festival/ trick or treating and they really did a great job making it special for all involved. They also have a lot to do there- swimming pool, playground and putt putt golf course. Overall, we enjoyed our stay!

Visited here for the first time & we stayed in a tent! Park very well maintained! Areas are clean! Very nice & we will be back! Felt safe. They were having a haunted hay ride for the kids & it was nice. Everyone was friendly. Staff was great and very informative!

If you ate looking for a nice, clean, safe campground…do NOT stay here. This is the absolute worst campground I have seen. This is basically a mobile home park that looks junky. The water hookup was held up with duct tape and the electrical box was so rusted the lid would hardly open. Lake sites…if you can call them that… were so sloped it was impossible to level out a camper and the “lake” spot was nothing more than a cove full of garbage. We didn’t even bother hooking up it was so awful and felt very unsafe. The company didn’t want to hear the issues and were not at all helpful. They lure you in with clearly false advertising on the amenities and cleanliness of the campground. Just save yourself the time and trouble and find someplace else. This place is disgusting.

STOP! FIND SOMEWHERE ELSE! We've been RV camping all over the eastern US for the last year and have found no where worse to camp than this location. Squirrels destroyed the internet, water worked on occasion but only if you had pliers to turn it on, sites were so slanted we slid almost a foot overnight, trees dropped branches from the tall, unkempt pine trees, sites and vehicles were packed like sardines, and the septic drain was uphill and higher than the camper, making for an interesting drain event. We left early and stayed in a parking lot to protect our camper. Staff was nice but would not offer any refund, which is fine because you couldn't pay my to stay there again.
