Located on Lake Jackson in Florala, was part of state park system ten years ago, now run by city. Check city of Florala website for rates, cannot book specific site, cash or check only. View of lake is spectacular with dock and beach. Water, sewage and power.

My review deals strictly with the wetlands area of Lake Jackson. And it is, in my experience, quite unique and very beautiful. A sunrise from the walkways is such a sight to see!!

Yes to the Alligators, tried to get in my canoe..big boy..told Wildlife man , he knew..becareful.. the day before I was on my raft kicking up some water never saw one. I love this place !, firepit, beautiful view and Peaceful.. Will always go back..

great place to come and relax. There is a nice little walking trail by the lake. you can go boating and swimming here

Such a beautiful park, lots to do. Boating, camping, fishing. Swings for children and adults. Picnic tables, grills, shade trees, pavilions, trash and recycle containers. Dog friendly. Separate swimming area. Benches under big trees. I highly recommend going there.

Beautiful place, great atmosphere for families or just relaxing alone. Camp sites are clean and well taken care of. The lake is beautiful and has a nice walking trail. The showers are hot and bathrooms are clean.

Not much around the park but it's so quiet and extremely beautiful. I lived here for 4 months in my RV. The staff are polite and helpful. There is NO place better to see a sunset

The sites are nice & level, and very easy to get into & or of. Plenty of room to park an additional vehicle (30' motorhome, plus rental car). The location was fabulous. Very peaceful & quiet. We paid the extra amount for a spot on the water, & it was well worth it to us. The shower/restroom facilities were very nice & well kept. We will definitely visit this RV park again when we are in the area.
