Was there a year ago and just now again decided to see if this was a place where I'd like to purchase one of the mobile homes that are for sale by the waterfront. Complete fail when I saw the type of people that have recently moved there, smell of a bad smoky substance in the bathrooms, some people looked smelled and acted like they were on drugs. The laundry room was full and people were complaining that the machines had not been emptied for a day or more. Weird sexual and drug activity in the bathrooms and doors were missing. After driving around I noticed the lack of care for the actual pads. The pads being occupied the lawns were not serviced, but the pads that were empty were serviced, the lawns were cut. This place 8snt what it used to be. This is disappointing. Being that i was so interested in this place and alot of the younger families are and were nice, but the quality of new renters has certainly gone down hill. Also looking at the paperwork of non-disclosure for storage, wondering if they will have active surveillance and if not then why do I have to give information like vin and licence plate on my boat. I thought small boats could stay on the lot as long as they met size requirements. Now if I want to rent here because of the type of people that have been vetted by The manager I'm worried that my stuff including my boat will not be safe and neither will I. Are you trying to turn this into a run of the mill drug infested trashy park like all the others? Whoever is in charge and I think it was this gentleman called JULIO is doing a poor half ass job. If the owner wants receipts I have them. You all need to shape up. The person who runs this place needs to be fired!

We have been at Sun Retreat for the last 2 1/2 years and we have seen so many great changes and plenty more to come. This is a family park! So bring the family and let's go enjoy some barbecue and pool time. We will see you when you get here.

This place is a joke. It's become section 8 in all honesty. The guy who is supposed to be the manager. He has no standards on what he allows in the park. All he cares about is making his quota eqch month. hell, they had let in a pop-up in here, which wasn't allowed in, and it was literally tapped up with duck tape .I don't know about you, but I don't want anything that looks like trash next to me. The kids here break everything in the bathhouse. From spraying water on the ceiling and the floors to busting the entrance door to the bathhouse . There are about 60 kids in the park now. They will say it now but 2yrs ago it wasnt a all age park it was 45 and up I know this cyz it was important to us if we could get in and kids could stay up to 2wks. most kids are down the middle row. And most are unsupervised all around the park. The manager has his favorite residence, and that's because they are park nazis , hell the one who just left the park because they called the cops too much. Your stuff gets stolen. So lock up your stuff, even your golf cart. 4 were stollen from this park and a trailer with everything on it valued at 15k and 5 from button wood next store . We asked for help with the cameras they have in both parks, and they wouldn't help anyone, only until the 7th cart got stolen and the police asked, did they cooperated . which is also owned by sun retreats.they also have a tax if you buy a park model or even sell a park model .and that also goes for trailers. Best of luck. Drive through, and you will see what im talking about. Find somewhere else better than this. we did. God bless
