My family and I stayed here for a month in January 2022. We travel full-time. First off, let me tell you that this park is a gem. It is our favorite park in Florida so far. The park was quiet most nights aside from the traffic from the highway. This did not stop me from getting a good night of rest even though I suffer from insomnia. Our site was mostly level with a concrete pad on the living side of the RV. The residents were extremely friendly and welcoming. The front office staff was helpful and friendly. We've had mail delivered to our site and to the mailroom with zero problems. The weather was great and only got below 32 twice while we stayed there. This park felt safe and secure. Our kids loved playing here, riding their scooters and taking walks to the boat docks. We didn't use the pool but it was visually clean. There was plenty of shade and the squirrels were amusing to watch. The park was very clean and residents kept their pets on a leash and picked up after them. The only real cons for us was that we had to purchase a third sewer hose to reach the sewer, the laundry was coin operated and you can only stay for 30 days with kids. Other than that, we had a great stay. We'll definitely be back!

great place, one of the nicest places we've been to for our 6 months on the road. the staff and people are very friendly here. everyone here loves animals. yes they do have pet restrictions on breeds and that pains me cuz I have 2 other dogs that can't come here .but they always have something going on at the clubhouse weekdays and weekends. they have a game rm and library pool table heated pool , no hot tub and I'm surprised that's not here . would be very useful. they have a boat launch. trees with Spanish moss we decided to do a 2yr lease. so far been here since the beginning of the year and it mid Feb . they allow kids here but only to be here for 30days. you get a new patio and shed if you do a lease with them . check them out

BE AWARE: THERE IS WHAT COULD BE A SERIOUS WATER PROBLEM! Lake Josephine gets its water from US Water. The water is clogging up campers water systems to the point that water just drips from faucets. That is a big problem, but may be minor compared to what could be a major problem. There is something in the water that is making the water not only clog the filter, but turn the filter a disgusting green color..we are cooking, drinking Ect. this water. So bad!!! As lake josephine and US water refuses to to do anything about it we have to take matters into your own hands. We are contacting water company's to find out what kind of health dangers we are or have faced as this has been going on for the better part of a year. We are asking their recommendations on whether we need to contact the EPA on this matter. IT may look worse than it actually is, but really, how often does that happen. Had your first water company's. They never seen anything like it. Cost will be up to $300.00 to rest. Seems to be worse than we thought. THIS IS SO SCARY. If anyone can help, please!!! THIS IS NOW SCARY. SOMEONE PLEASE HELP!!!! PLEASE!!! If anyone has any real answers please let us know. Thank you for letting us know that the water is tested by the EPA. Please send us a copy of those tests so we can contact them to ask them to explain their findings

Are site was great, plenty of room. Many activities throughout the week to do. Heated pool, great dog park, beautiful lake and fresh vegetables on Saturdays. Staff was very helpful and regulars who stay there for winter all were so friendly. Highly recommend!!
