Lake Livingston / Onalaska KOA Holiday
Welcome to the Lake Livingston/Onalaska KOA!
Eddie, the local bald eagle, soars overhead here, and that's just one of the many delights at this KOA tucked away in the Piney Woods region of East Texas. The campground wraps along the shore of Lake Livingston, the state's second largest lake. It's an ideal setting for boating, swimming, fishing for bass and catfish, relaxing and even enjoying a lakefront RV Site. Lakefront amenities include the beautiful beach, a marina (with three ramps, covered slips, transient docks and a fishing pier), a hot tub and a pool. The club-house with a full kitchen is great for reunions, parties and rallies. Enjoy themed weekends (seasonal), planned activities and concessions. Fido will have fun at Kamp K9. End the day with friends as you relax around a campfire viewing a splendid sunset.

We stayed here for two days, Saturday and Sunday and we enjoyed every bit of it. We stayed in cabin #3 and it was so spacious, clean and the bed was very comfortable. It has a full kitchen and a nice covered porch where we cooked and sat out on the porch to eat. This resort is well kept and very peaceful. We went out to the water to fish and it was so peaceful. They have a nice pool and hot tub which is awesome. The workers there are so nice, we met with Ms. Carol and she is awesome! I cannot wait to go back! Thank you for having us ❤️

We found this gem of a resort several years back, and are so glad we did. Full time travel has its perks and one of them is the ability to come back to favorite places, places like this one. The resort sits on a hill alongside Lake Livingston. Loaded with amenities, every site is large, easily accessible even the largest RVs. Lakeside and lakeview sites are blessed with stunning views of wildlife and epic sunsets. Upon arrival checking is easy, well signed and there is plenty of space to disconnect a tow vehicle, The staff is friendly, pool is pristine, and the restaurant lovely. There is a marina, playground, and partitioned off area in the lake for swimming and a small beach area. Whatever kind of camping you like to do, from tents, cottages, to RV’s you are covered at On The Lake RV and Cabin Resort!

This is our recent visit...mostly consistent with our previous visits. If you want honesty there are a couple things...weedeat the sites...young girl at check-in was under enthusiastic, and there was a group of guys coming in (2 days), after 5, to use the swimming area. I assume they were not paying patrons. Freeloaders trying get something for nothing.

This RV park was very clean and very well kempt. There is a designated swimming area. The pool is phenomenal! The water was perfect temperature and very clean. The restrooms and showers are very clean. The sunsets for all 4 nights did not disappoint and were ever so beautiful!!!

Can't say enough about this park! We stayed three nights and everything was clean and well-kept! There is a clubhouse for guests to get together. The park borders the lake and they rent kayaks! There is also a fantastic restaurant with great food! You should definitely add this to your itinerary when coming out towards lake Livingston!!!
