Have lived here 20 yrs. Great place for adults ....not much for kids but they do have fun . beautiful ....situated between 2 state parks . Lake Milton and Berlin . Has lovely Air BnB in walking distance. Beautiful area.

Worst park ever water is horrible, they drain waste into rotted tanks buried in the ground, then charge $75.00 to pump them out, lower part of park tanks have never been pumped out, there rotted and sewer seeps into the mahoning River, which drains into Berlin

We only moved a few weeks ago but so far by far we love the place, and the people. They are not only friendly but helpful as well. This is our first camper we have owned so newbies to say the least! Billy helped us pull our trailer in and get it leveled and started to introduce us to people from the start. When ever we had questions or needed help our AWESOME neighbors have been right there! What the camp lacks in appeal the people make up for it. It’s a FAMILY! I would rather have a sense of community and family then a fancy place! People are more important and we see ourselves staying for a LONG time as the other campers, the majority have been there for 8+ years and multi generational. That speaks volumes!

Great place to setup your RV and have a boat dock on the river. This place is great for camping, fishing, boating, kyaking and the good times with friends & family.
