This would be a nice campground except for the layout. All non seasonal sites are ,"awning to awning " or what is known as buddy sites. So you are face to face, sharing a common area. Our firepit was just a few feet from the site facing us. No way both groups could sit comfortably around it without being in the way of the other group. Also no clear paths. We constantly had people, both young and old walking though the middle of our site. Sometimes between the table and our RV. We did confront several but each weekend a new group would show up and start walking into our site. Just during the time I wrote this, 4 kids and 3 adults walked through. Loose dogs another problem. The campground really needs a few more rules and some people who cruise around to enforce them. Will not stay here again. Will look somewhere else, you should too.

Great staff, very friendly. Let us move campsites! But campground was so run down, dead trees, pond didn’t look like the pictures we didnt even actually swim in it, it looked so gross. We didn’t get enough power at the site to run both our ac units at the same time, kept popping the breaker. For over $100 a night you’d think the upkeep would be better. Very disappointed and won’t be returning. So much potential but just wasn’t there.

I haven’t been to this campgrounds in 10yrs but from what I remembered it was a nice campground. From what I seen the weekend it’s no where near what it used to be. Lot of permanent sites for sale. Sites were run down looking. Can definitely tell it’s corporate owned now. Sad to see a once nice campgrounds going down the drain.

It started of rough, some of the seasonal tenets were not very patient as we set up to back into our site. But when I did it in one try, in the dark. Our neighbors were all impressed. But after an hour of running just one A/C unit to take the humidity out of our RV. The power went out to all the sites in the area. That continued to happen 20 minutes after the Management reset it all night. When I saw them reset it in the morning, I ask if they had a solution, because resetting the main was not fixing anything. We had no power all night. they asked us if we would be willing to move to a better site to help reduce the load on that area. We were offered what turned out to be the best non seasonal sites in the campground. Which turned out great in the end. Thanks for an enjoyable weekend

The seasonals are what make the Campground a great place to visit and they have a lot fun!! Love visiting friends there and letting loose a bit.
