We rented the cabins. They are pretty nice. Included is a bathroom and kitchenette and 2 nice size beds. Table & chairs. The lake is not safe to swim in. There is little to some playground equipment for the kiddos. Dogs are welcomed. Hiking trails available. Also there is a horse area and trails.

This campground was one of our favorites for years, but it is no longer maintaining the things that made it great. The beach used to be all sand, but now it is completely filled with weeds in the water that you have to wade through. The showers also used to have decent water pressure, but modifications were made to the water supply and shower heads. So now the water pressure is low and extremely hot! There is no way to adjust the temperature. Please get this fixed before a child or older adult gets scalded. The disc golf course is the only remaining attribute we enjoy. We are disappointed that they took out the horseshoe pits we enjoyed playing with our kids. We will not be coming back unless it is really cold and a scalding hot shower would be enjoyable.

What a wonderful little park! We stayed 2 nights in electric rv site while passing through. It's very peaceful here. There is an area for equestrian camping, horse trails, a boat ramp, lots of nice-looking fishing coves, a couple of fishing piers, and a cleaning station. Restrooms and showers are very clean and well maintained. Every few hours a park Ranger would drive through, which is a pleasant reassurance. If we're back in the area, we will definitely stay again!

Jeff was a great help getting situated. Cabin was clean and cozy. Great views, calm, and serene surroundings. Wish could have extended our holiday. Park has equestrian trails, rv lots, tent lots, and studio cabins.
