This place is by far the best RV park in Okeechobee! Owners are so nice and accommodating. Place is immaculate, and spaces are divided with beautiful palm trees. Very quiet and peaceful. Will definitely come back. Jim and Leslie

We come here once a year to visit our friends who live here at Lake O. Holly, her husband and staff are fantastic. We get a site right on the water and the sunsets are fantastic. Clean and well kept. Nice, very helpful camp hosts. Small sites but the owners and hosts help guide you in which was very appreciated. Each site has a small concrete pad. No picnic tables but there’s really no room for one. Sites are made private with bushes between each site. Bathhouse and laundry. Great place to bike ride. Great experience each time we come! See you next October if you’ll have us!

This RV Park is a small wonder and was exactly what we needed. We were driving an RV to Florida for a cruise out of Miami; we parked the RV here for a week for less than the cost of 2 nights in a hotel in Miami. We knew we'd pay a bit more to get to Miami by rented car or ride service for our cruise, but worked out great to have the RV plugged in here and safe rather than driving it through Miami. Enjoyed the area and spent a relaxing night in the RV both before and after our trip. I had reached out to the Lake Okeechobee RV Park before our trip and the manager was very responsive to my questions by email. For others interested in doing the same, we budget'd around $700 for potential taxi to/from the Miami cruise terminal and ended up renting a car for the duration of our cruise for less than $300 plus $100 for parking it at the terminal. We'd considered driving our car on this trip to avoid taking the RV to Miami. Doing the math afterwards, parking the RV here and renting a car to drive to Miami costs only about $100 more for this leg of our vacation than if we'd driven our own car to Miami and got a hotel room the night before and after our cruise. *We did opt for the optional insurance on the rental car which did cost extra, that additional cost is not factored in when I say we only spent $100 more. "less than $300 car rental is if we had NOT opted for the insurance". The stress avoided by driving/parking a car in Miami was worth the price we paid. Our Florida vacation was amazing and this RV Park was part of making it possible. Would absolutely do the same plan again, it worked out great.

I cannot say enough good things about this RV Park! Upon arrival, we checked into the Clubhouse Office and was met by LoAnita and her staff who appointed us to our Bungalow and went over everything. It was spacious and immaculate clean. The grounds are also well maintained and up keep. The bungalow has everything you need, all you need is just small things like chips, snacks, water etc. You’re literally sitting on the canal overlooking the beautiful scenery of wildlife, etc. It’s quiet, peaceful, and the residents there are friendly. You can fish, sit on the park benches and just enjoy the serenity. Within driving distance from the RV Park, you can access other points of the lake and get to a grocery store, gas stations, restaurants; whatever you need or want to do if you decide to head out. We had such a great time and our stay was nothing short of amazing and will definitely be coming back. I highly recommend this RV Park. What makes this RV Park stand out from the rest is that they offer the Bungalows to stay in if you don’t have an RV for an affordable price. Thank you so much for a wonderful 3 day/2 night stay!!

Our stays at Lake Okeechobee RV Park have been nothing short of fantastic. The campground is impeccably maintained. The palm dividers between spaces are a brilliant touch, providing an added layer of privacy that makes each visit feel even more special. Greg and LoAnita, the park managers, truly go above and beyond. Their service is nothing short of amazing. They are always responsive and helpful, making sure that all our needs are met promptly and efficiently. It's clear that they genuinely care about enhancing the guest experience. One of the highlights of our visits is the canal view that we have always enjoyed. It offers a serene and picturesque backdrop, with frequent sightings of local wildlife adding to the charm. Overall, Lake Okeechobee RV Park, with the exceptional management by Greg and LoAnita, comes highly recommended for anyone looking for a peaceful, well-maintained, and friendly campground experience.
