What a lovely little place! Don't be expecting lush grass; this is the desert. The mouth of Death Valley. But there is a real (teeny) lake with great access, clear water and good visibility for littles! They have paddle boards and kayaks to borrow, and a suspension bridge you can go across (nope) and probably jump off of (that would be my grandson). And your DOG can go in the lake! That's almost unheard of! The tennis court looks good enough, with a basket ball hoop at one end. They have lovely pavillion type structures at the side of the lake with a lovely view of the mountains. The staff is friendly and helpful, signing up and in was a breeze, What's not to like! Quiet. I'm hoping there will be good star visibility tonight! I will be back!

Really enjoyed it here. It was my 80yo mother in laws first ‘camping’ trip in over 65 years, we really enjoyed the atmosphere here. Very clean park, very friendly and helpful operators. If I had to give some criticism it would be that the sites are fairly close to each other. Thanks for a great stay we will be back!

We loved this place. Pretty basic (yes, it’s only a dirt road along a pond) but clean, well maintained and with awesome views. They have some pretty cool amenities too (a viewing deck, several BBQs, a few canoes, sports court and a zip line) although we couldn’t really use them because of the weather. The views are really awesome and we will try to return one day. My only issue is that there are no recycling trash cans - all trash goes in the same place, whether recyclable or not.

We had the best time there. The place is so beautiful our stay was amazing. The lake is so clear. We stayed an extra night cause we had so much fun. Love how they have electric hook ups at the tent sites. Restroom was very clean. We will be going back again. Thank you for the memories we will have and all the fun we experienced in your park.

This place was exactly as advertised. Each tent site has available power and a water bathroom with a shower sink and toilet. Read a lot of reviews about Nacho and staff’s hospitality and they were totally right. I will absolutely be back for another rest, relaxation, and, refit away from the daily grind. I can’t see how anyone can leave disappointed. Tent sites 1-6 are right in the water with the backdrop of the mountains. I can’t say I love this place enough. Thanks again Nacho and Staff! A true hidden gem.
