We only stopped here over night on our way to our destination in Florida. I expected mediocre but was pleasantly surprised! Reservation and check in was convenient and our site was beautiful! We were right on the pond! All the facilities were clean and quiet as we arrived after hours.

Lake Park RV Campground is our Go To Campground when visiting my son in Valdosta. Staff is wonderful and always accommodating to our needs. We highly recommend staying with them if you’re traveling or even monthly if you need to stay a while. We have never had any problems.

This is a nice small park that is convenient right off the interstate on your way to and from Florida. Sites can be narrow, but we were in a Class A 38’ plus a towed car. We were able to get in no problem. The front desk staff is very friendly and it was nice to go and relax at the pool.

8/1/25 Needed a night to stay after driving all day and have to say it was a nice experience. Really quiet. One of the ducks stayed by the camper the whole night. Maybe it knew my 4 year old was scared of it :) Ended up in a pull through lot which made my day easier. Office shut at 3:30 it was a holiday I landed about 6pm, I have nothing to say about staff. Price was reasonable .

Campground is beautiful and peaceful yet has the convenience of the highway nearby. Restrooms and showers are exceptionally clean. Even my 12 year old son was impressed with the cleanliness. Pool is small but most of the time we were the only ones it in so it was not an issue. Always felt safe in fact never once locked our camper in the 3 months we were there. Long term campers are very friendly. Staff are 10/10 so kind, helpful and always went above and beyond. Would definitely recommend!!!

New ownership in the past several months. Owner is so kind, so accommodating and such a warm and friendly person. She welcomed our kids and let them help feed the ducks and geese and goats. Love that she prefers having goats and ducks to control mosquitoes and weeds as opposed to using chemicals. It’s convenient right off the highway so be sure to stop over for a night or two when passing. The bath house was clearly carefully scrubbed and sanitized often. The campground is pretty with lots of nice trees and the owners have trimmed the trees to be sure to accommodate the size of big RVs. The owners kids were polite, wonderful kids who welcomed ours like cousins. We will be sure to stop again.

Nice place! It used to be a KOA, but was sold in 2021. The new owners are improving the place and are very friendly and accommodating. This park is very close to the interstate, but very quiet. Camping World is right next door, and there are a couple of gas stations and a Cracker Barrel within a couple of blocks. We will surely be back! It can be a little tight if you have a huge fifth wheel, but we saw a lot of rigs go in and out and nobody had trouble.

Really enjoyed this little campground. We stopped in during our trip đown from Atlanta to Orlando. It was right next to the interstate which was super convenient, but not noisy. We could hear the hum off traffic, but it wasn't bothersome at all. The host was super friendly and helped us figure out how to check in after hours. We woke up to some beautiful scenery with live oaks and Spanish moss and a gorgeous little pond. I highly recommend this place - you won't be sorry you stayed here!

The people at lake park were very accommodating to us. We were able to check in very late after some mechanical issues with our RV. And in the morning we were pleasantly surprised with this place. We had a good bit of fun seeing all the ducks and goats before we had to hit the road again. Thank you for being there for us in our time of need.

Im giving this campground 5 stars for the hospitality of the owners/managers, lots of trees, a little lake, ducks and birds and a dog park, even a play ground for kids. I feel that after traveling all day, dogs really need a place to stretch their legs even more than humans do! They have nice bath facilities easy check in and a clear map. The first time we came here was after hours and our site assignment didn’t quite work with our RV because the post was too far for our electrical cord. It was a pull through. When Amber the owner saw that she guided us over to another site on the other side of the lake. It’s very close to I-75 a little noisy but convenient after a long day traveling. Camping world is right next door and we stopped there on our way out to buy a battery box. There’s a nice big gas station near by that was convenient for us to bring our 34 ft trailer through. We stayed here again on our return trip. If we weren’t so anxious to get back home we would have stayed a little longer.
