The biggest downside is the management. The man in the office uses intimidation tactics to rent his spaces. He also goes around trying to pet service animals seemingly when people are not home or letting their animals outside for a restroom break. This is illegal as is harassment. The manager harassed me and tried to get personal information out of me during our tour, information that I was willing to provide in writing for the rental application, compliant with the ADA. I at first tried to give benefit of the doubt when he answered the initial phone call. At the end of the day, this man is predatory in many ways. Not worth the hassle, if you ask me. They have nothing but excuses for their behavior instead of taking accountability.

Quiet and tucked away right between the beaten path and the lake. They have little one-room bungalows and they also have tiny houses with water views....

its ok lots of small dogs barking un controlled all day , manager picks who he wants to enforce the rules with . other than that it is ok . not the best not the worst .; its clean neighbors are either really nice or really mean and horrible no in between.... Now they're cutting all the trees down because maintenance is too lazy to take and keep the park clean ,time to find a new place no trees yay
