I feel so fortunate to have found this place. I don't understand the negative reviews either. It's so quiet and peaceful. I feel so safe. I never feel like anyone is spying on me, the cameras make me feel more comfortable actually. I appreciate the rules and management. I think you're doing a great job!

I want to give credit when credit is due. I'm a single mom of 3 and had a hard time deciding where to stay because of safety reasons. I spoke to a gentleman over the phone that was very kind, he answered all my questions that I had asked. I was so amazed with this park, it was extremely quiet with no loirting , my kids and I felt so safe .. so if you are ever looking for an RV park I would definitely recommend this one!!

I lived here for a year, my wife and I were very quiet and respectful. I found myself getting in trouble for a lot of things that I didn't even do. like a stranger stopped in to ask questions and I got reprimanded for him talking to me, and I have several more stories just like it. The owners act nice to your face but the whole time I lived there I was walking on egg shells. I do not recommend this park. Find another park to stay at.

I work for a major oil field service company in the immediate area, this park is my home away from home, as I reside just north of Houston. I love this place, the management is wonderful, very kind and respectful of what folks do to make a living. They are working very hard to expand their operations here to build a first class park. I can't express enough how blessed I am to have found a park like this .

I've never written a bad review until today, welcome to the ghetto.i should have turned around the minute I drove down the road road .delapatade trailers and junk everywhere..you go through a gated entrance and it's rough, manager takes your money then wanted a background check,I was cool with that.the woman was nice told me to pick a lot ,my Labrador goes every where with me,she said take her and look around knowing she wasn't on a leash.i move in cause there is a nice lake down on the property so my dog can swim and play,the water moccasin count is terrible.dont go there without chaps.and the skunks are everywhere.the rules only apply to visiting people but Mexicans do as they please.

I only went there to do some work. Don't know much about it. I wasn't real impressed, seemed like not a lot of effort has been put into it to make it a nice, quality RV park.

This place sounds terrible! I almost called to make a reservation.. thank God I read the responses of the owners first. I understand some people are just bad tenants and leave bad reviews everywhere they go, but the responses from the owner tell me not to even call this place. The location would’ve been perfect for us but sadly have to pass it up.

It's a great place to live kind people nice people that live here and hopefully nice enough and they're very very kind very very easy to get along with and neighbors don't bother you it's a nice place to live

Great looking property. We loaned someone our RV for about a year and up until recently he had glowing reviews of the place and the people. The price was great too. Unfortunately things turned sour and outright dangerous real quick. The gentleman living in our RV had issues with the management and was asked to leave. He was told initially he could get a partial refund if he left early and was told something different later. Not a big deal, the contract clearly states no refunds. Everything seemed to be good and settled (the RV was scheduled to be towed tomorrow) when the brother and nephew of the owner/manager (not sure which) decided to beat on MY RV threatening to beat the person borrowing my RV's butt and also tossing his personal property around. This started a whole series of events that led to my husband having to call the RV park and explain we were in the process of getting it moved and the guy borrowing the RV had been told he could stay through the end of his paid time. When my husband politely but firmly requested that no more threats be made against our friend or property the woman on the phone hung up. Being active duty military and stationed across country has made this an extremely difficult situation to remedy and we had to pull some serious strings to relocate the trailer and friend same day out of fear for the safety and security of the friend and our property. I would not recommend this park.

People are rude. They are not pet friendly nor are they kid friendly. The only thing the kids had to do was play in dirt and got in trouble for that There is no public restroom. They are liars about their website. They take your money over the phone and will not refund if you don't like it
