We spent two nights camping at Lake St. Peter Provincial Park, and it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. The park is beautifully maintained, and the natural surroundings made it the perfect spot to disconnect and enjoy the outdoors. Our campsite was spacious and well-shaded, providing a nice balance of privacy and proximity to the amenities. The lake itself is stunning – calm, clear water that’s perfect for swimming, kayaking, or just relaxing by the shore. We spent hours paddling on the lake, and the peaceful atmosphere made it so enjoyable. The hiking trails in the park were another highlight. They offered scenic views and were manageable for all skill levels. We especially loved walking through the forest in the early morning – it was so quiet and serene. The facilities were clean and well-kept, and the staff were friendly and helpful. They made us feel welcome and ensured everything was running smoothly during our stay. Overall, Lake St. Peter Provincial Park is a gem for camping and enjoying nature. Whether you’re an avid camper or just looking for a peaceful getaway, this park has everything you need for a memorable trip. We’re already looking forward to coming back!

Very quiet campsite with lots of green coverage. Camping spots are not very crowded. We can barely see the neighboring tents. Bathrooms are clean and well maintained. Beah is nice. They have canoes and kayaks for rental. Nice trails, too.

A beautiful little park! The campsites were clean, well shaded. Close together, but the other campers were quiet and polite and the park staff did regular walk throughs to check on the sites. Canoe and kayak rentals available at reasonable rates. Hiking trail was beautiful, but might be a bit much for younger children (some steep climbing, rocky areas).

It was my first time visiting this park. It's small and the campsites are close together but it's will maintained, cleaned and all the staff are friendly. We saw the park rangers pass by often, which made us feel safe. The beach way beautiful and clean. There is only one comfort station in the entire park but has more than enough showers and flush toilets and also a laundry room. We had a great experience. Would highly recommend

Great family camping! We are at site 45 that has plenty of space and I'd say the best view. Also close to a smaller beach for easy access for the kids. Main beach is great; spacious and clean. There's also beach volleyball as well as yoga in the park on some days. You'd have to check with main office when. There are 2 small trails as well. Nothing too crazy, can do them in 30min in running shoes. But gives kids something different to do. I'd definitely will come back. Have been here in the past and both times have enjoyed myself.
