We found this park on the Internet. It’s a mobile home/RV park. The lots are very small. The concrete pads are the best lots to get. The staff there was wonderful. The pool was great and it looked like the Pickleball courts in the shuffleboard courts look wonderful. Heard from neighbors that they love it there we stayed a week and we liked it there a lot also. It’s a place that we would go next year.

The people that live in this community are super nice! I've attended a couple of their community events, and I can say they are a close and fun group. The grounds are clean and well maintained, and it's easy access off Tamiami Trail. Jan 2024

Beautiful RV park with park unit homes throughout. Pickle ball, horse shoe pits, huge swimming pool, weight room, gaming room( poker tables), two laundry facilities along with multiple shower houses for the transient travelers. Just a wonderful place to live. Yes live. We are here to stay. Very dog friendly with a dog park and after Doogie Duty stations throughout. All together a must visit if your looking to camp or move to the SWFL area.

Typical combination RV/Mobile Home/Park Model place. They call themselves a 55+ park so imagine my confusion when I saw at least 1 younger-than-that couple with 2 children pull into a space. Streets are asphalt and EXTREMELY narrow making backing in somewhat challenging. Narrow sites. Some sites (transient I suspect) are grass. Wifi is Tengo and performed very well. There is no cable TV. Eastern edge of the park borders a cement plant so there is some “industry” noise. My space, #281, just happened to be next door to the “Chat Club” where pretty much each morning and evening 6 or more people would gather to chat about God-knows-what for a couple of hours. They weren’t overly loud – just enough to be in your ear as you were trying to watch TV. I never quite get how people that are sitting just 6’ apart can talk in a volume that can be heard 60’ feet away. Posted signs referenced "social distancing" but there was none observed. Great Farmer's Market each week. Recycling container onsite.

Staff helped park our rig, but took 1 hr! Had to avoid trees, parked vehicles and construction equipment to get in. Literally ontop of each other. Not my type of camping!!!! The price is high. Couldn’t wait to leave. People were friendly though
