There was some confusion when we arrived to the camp ground Labor Day weekend. The lots are crammed together, and we thought someone was in our lot. Called the office and I believe who was the manager (older lady with blond hair) came out to the lot. She had an attitude as well as the man that came with her. It was almost we were bothering them! Zero class! Spoke to a nice lady that was next to us, and she said everyone that gets that lot gets confused. You would think the manager would correct it or at least drive in front of us to our spot when we arrive. There are NO rules for nighttime hours. People were parting all night until 4:00 AM both nights that we were there. We complained to the office and they brushed it off. I am sure they get many complaints, but denied anyone complained. Oh and the dog shit in the dog park was disgusting!! . People do not pick up their dog poop. Oh, and the stench from the trash with the dog poop, was not picked up that week. In a positive note, the beach, pool and amenities are nice. They had entertainment over the weekend with food trucks which, was fun. Needless to say we booked the following weekend before experiencing the late night parties. After this we will NEVER go back there. NOT worth the $500 plus we paid for 3 nights. Do yourself a favor, and go somewhere else.

What a great place to take the family camping. Wonderful staff who are so accommodating and they have so many fun activities for both children and adults. Can’t wait to come back again.

3rd time being declined to use the park day pass. I've officially had every excuse now. 1) cant use the daypass on the weekend. come back during the week. 2) now the water park is closed on Wednesdays and Thursdays 3) Can only use the day pass on Mondays and Tuesdays. you pay for 21 days in and out, but cant use it here. only 14. What you are sold, is NOT what you get. But of all the parks I have been to, this has the rudest staff... consistently. Every other park is honestly some of the nicest people considering working for a larger corporation.

Went to visit my friend for 4th of July. She left my name with check in so it was easy to navigate to her site. Place has a lot of amenities and activities. Everyone out was heading to do something,whether it was the lake, or the swimming pool which was very clean and they added a 3 story slide. My one complaint or maybe a suggestion for efficiency is the snack bar,you order in one window and get the food in the other, but there is really no order. Maybe implement an app to order food and it lets you know when you food is ready. I had onion rings and fries, my daughter had the burger. For $20 we are and it was reasonable. We shared a kids cup of soda. I even got in the pool and I usually don't. Place was clean. I would visit again once it gets cooler. Maybe Labor Day or when they end the season.

What an experience our first room was a NIGHTMARE!!!!!!! The air conditioner didn’t work,,, blew out hot air and made loud noises like a hemi truck And then Me and my wife Jacqui both Got wet with an air conditioning, spitting black mold all over the both of us. I was in AWE!!!!!! I have allergies as well as a diabetic We did take pictures. Our bed was wet in the morning upfront. We didn’t sleep all night. They gave us another rental, the oven doesn’t work. I guess I’m not getting my birthday cake.!!!!! NEVER AGAIN!!!!! As a former maintenance superintendent, please note the staff was very much incredible and took care of everything, washing our pillows or sheets, and all of our Clothes. They put us in another rental immediately. Everything here is either closed or closes early. If this was the case, I wish I would’ve never came. I would’ve stayed home with my family and kids. I’m very upset that we were exposed to mold all over our bodies!!! Needless to say my little four day stay was the worst of any state I’ve ever had anywhere. I don’t like leaving bad reviews. But this topped the cake! I would like to personally thank the staff upfront. I know it wasn’t their fault. Somebody dropped the ball. We tried to cancel our membership, but the 2 weeks passed by

Biggest downfall was our neighbors super loud till 2am. Pretty sure 11pm the cut off is 11p. Fighting. cursing, Disney movies full volume outside 10ft from our vehicle. Up at 8am more noise. Did not sleep, but heard every word and business also munching on chips. Ruined our stay. Everyone else was respectful and nice.

We just camped here for the first time and LOVED it! The place is beautiful, clean and super close to the beach. There aren’t a ton of spots. We wanted to camp again this summer and they are already completed booked for every weekend in June, July and August.

First trip this season put us in maintenance storage lot. Office was closed when I tried to notify them. Maintenance men even had trouble getting in touch with them. Fortunately reservations was able to move us into a great spot, which we loved, but then we were told that after one week, we would have to move to that first lot, which maintenance had cleared of broken bucket loader, trailers, timber, wood pallets, etc. We decided to go elsewhere. We will go back in a few weeks and see if we are given a better location. Stay posted...

The place is nice. Pool, lake and campground is beautiful but honestly the customer service is absolutely outrageous. One place just pushes you to the next over and over again. Being a member is extremely expensive $8,000 to $9,000 a year. I would expect to have better service for a simple cabin reservation. It's impossible to do it online ( dates are always grayed out) then when you call they say you have to go online and the cycle just gos downhill from there. Beautiful place but I would give my hard earned money to a place with better service for members.

I like the location; BUT sometimes it can get noisy late at night and sometimes some campers do not keep their area so clean which can happen in any campground. What annoys me is seeing those political flags. Let’s leave politics out of the campground and have an enjoyable time looking forward to peace and love for our country. Let’s go forward and not backwards.

This RV campground was nice. It meets my family's standard as a campground. It has full hook up and enough restrooms and dumpsters. However it can get messy with the unfinished grounds full of dirt and sand. They have a nice park with slides for children. There's also a small water park but it was closed when I was there. Love the Halloween decorations too! I also highly recommend visiting the zoo nearby that's about 15 minutes away.

Love it! Great family campground ☺️. Very clean and fun stuff to do! They have everything. A laundry mat, little country store, and updated bathhouses! Safe and fun for everyone! Spending the day here while camping at sea pines. This is our first thousand trails experience, even though we bought our membership in Feb, we haven't been able to book any trips in any campsite till now. Was told you can't ever get into this campsite, now I'm here I see the while park is permanent sites with only 3 dozen transient sites if that. Came for the "wonderful" water park, only to find the slides are closed ( only 1 tube slide, and 1 straight slide) hot tub is emptied. Not impressed, with camp site, water park and thousand trails as a whole.
