We took a year off from our camping pass, but recently renewed. And to our surprise, they improved the process of site selection. The staff, as always were very helpful and welcoming! The park is situated on Lake Texoma and it's a great location and atmosphere. There are plenty of family oriented activities and fun for all to make lasting memories!

We’re pretty new to camping and honestly a little picky, but Thousand Trails Lake Texoma really impressed us. The new section is beautiful — we were the first ones on our site, with untouched gravel and a brand‑new fire pit. The whole place has a quiet, country feel, and the sunrises and sunsets are incredible. A great spot to relax and enjoy some space.

Nice campground. I'd say it was perfect but the maintenance people were driving us crazy going back and forth on there carts right in front of our site, even cutting through other sites to drive right next to us. Mind you, there are no other rvs in our general area because it's off season. We were going to go play some pool but the room was closed until April. The laundry room had a lock on it and you need a code which we had no idea what it might be. Ok place, I've seen alot better and some worse.

The park overall needs significant maintenance, particularly in the older section where the roads are in poor condition. At my site, the outlet was damaged. I reported this issue to the staff, and although someone was sent to address it, the repair was never completed during my stay. Overall we enjoyed the stay.

I'm giving the park 5 stars because check in went smooth, staff were welcoming, the new section I was assigned to was very nice and well maintained; very level, and with paved roads, and the other RVers I met were super friendly. The park is actually very big with different sections that looked like small little neighborhoods on a cute cul-de-sac. I didn't use the pool or laundry but did use the bathhouse. The bathhouse in the newer section is up-to-date (what appears to be the new TT style) and spacious, but I do have to throw in a however. To the staff that are signing off on the cleaning log twice a day, you are not "cleaning" the bathhouse. For the couple weeks that I was there, the same blue cap, 3 black bugs and rolling hairballs were left in the larger shower. Some rolling hairballs were even left outside the shower. Gross....so no, they are not being swept out or mopped. Additionally, the site I was assigned was close to several families with screaming, unsupervised children. Their toys littered their site and other empty grassy areas. So my entire stay with the exception of the day before I left was filled with screaming children playing near my site and riding their bikes, yup, still screaming. My TMobile worked great. Happy and safe travels :)

The cabin we stayed in was decent. They need to repair it for leaking, though. A rain storm caused water to leak into it near the door and created standing water by the bedroom door in the hall area. There are a lot of potholes in the roads. These have continued to get much worse the past few years. Also, the large pool by the main lodge was not open. It's the last few days of June, and it's not open yet? The other small pool fills up with people quickly. Our stay this time was a bit disappointing because of these things.

RV park. Nice and considerate staff. New (1 year ago) upgraded and level sites with open sky for those with Starlink Internet. Quiet, comfortable and well maintained. No store or propane on site. If you like a restaurant with a lake view and good food at reasonable prices, try the Pelican Landing nearby.

This campground made some major improvements since we were here two years ago. The new section is really nice with newly paved roads and level gravel sites, there is also a small playground and very small dog park in the new section as well. Our favorite staff member was by far Sharon, she went above and beyond our whole visit and always stopped to give our dogs a treat.

Pictures will be later we just arrived lol! I love the roads out here so many different ways to go places. This lovely resort is hidden away but we managed to get there from Louisiana. Can't wait to explore Texas!

The parks in great shape, But they have no dog runs. Very strict on rules. No place to watch R v's. But it is a very beautiful park

Cabins are cozy with a well-equipped kitchen. The bathroom and bedroom was very clean. The mattresses were okay and covered with plastic (for sanitary purposes, but are quite noisy during night time). There is a required deposit during check-in and in order to get a full refund of that, guests are required to clean their cabin before checking out.

Amenities were great; spacious sites, full hookups, large pool. The "residents" and staff were not the friendliest. They need to abide by their own rules if they are going to enforce them on others.
